The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Van Buren Apartments
been trying to contact them for months. no call back no nothing.
The manager,Michelle got back to me in a very timely manner. Making things possible to lease at Van Buren come Nov.1st. Very pleased with the apartment I was shown. Looking forward to moving in!
The good-affordable rent! Less than $800 a month with heat & hot water included. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Great location near the heart of upper union street & close to Mohawk commons and 890. Well maintained lawn & snow removal. Maintenance (2 men who live in the apt complex) are quick to respond to requests. The bad- very old apartments with terrible drains that are constantly getting clogged. Old fashioned tiled bathroom either bright blue or bright pink reminiscent of a middle school bathroom. Management can be difficult to get on touch with & tends to not return calls. Charges fees if the apartment is not in IMMACULATE shape after you move out. Make sure you clean oven and fridge as well as every other part of the apartment. Overall, nice apartment for the price.
I lived there a few years back and I realllly LOVED IT.. I honestly wouldn't mind moving back.. Great property managers who are willing to work with you and I also had an awesome neighbor named Walter that I still think about. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
Van Buren Apartments, Niskayuna NY is an affordable apartment complex. The heat and hot water is included. The maintenance service is good. It is very convient to nearby stores.
