Van Allen Apartments

I’ve lived at Van Allen Apartments for four months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice From day one, my partner and I have been impressed by the modern design and spacious layouts. We ran into a snag right when we moved in—our freezer wasn’t working correctly—but the maintenance team truly went above and beyond. They replaced the entire unit quickly and even reimbursed us for the spoiled food. Having that level of care and professionalism as a first impression was phenomenal, and it’s continued with the few other maintenance requests we’ve had—they’ve all been handled perfectly. The community itself feels well-maintained and secure, and we appreciate all the amenities that come with living here. My only wish is that this forward-thinking complex, built within the last decade, would add EV chargers for residents who drive electric vehicles. However, even without them right now, my overall experience has been excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Van Allen Apartments to anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and well-managed place to call home

Apartment is pretty but new management is petty and rude. Was always to be happy with Van Allen but now it seems to be going downhill

I would because it seems like everything is clean, well kept, and the property managers and everyone we worked with during our tour were very professional and made it feel like we would be in good hands renting in this community. It was very comfortable and stress free, which is all we hoped the experience would be!

I would recommend it as I felt very safe and the community members seemed friendly. I enjoyed the layout and the intercom system for security is a huge plus. I could not be more excited for all the space and storage as well!

The maintenance response we have experienced time and time again is a big selling point for recommending Van Allen as good place to live.

I love living here. From the clubhouse to the maintenance team, everyone is super kind and thoughtful whenever I have a problem. To me, it feels like an extended family.

Seemed like a great community and environment. Located perfectly in the middle of basically everything from work, just far enough away from my family, most importantly super close to target!

There are many benefits to this community. The grounds are wonderful, the pet friendly atmosphere, dog parks, dog washing station, pool and patio. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I would recommend this community because drawing from my past two experiences of apartment living, Van Allen far exceeds what I am used to. Also, having a dog, you are limited in where you can live. This place was the best!

I would recommend this property because it was clean, had beautiful apartments, the tenants seem really nice and the leasing agent was so very kind. It was the ideal experience.

The apartments are beautiful & the grounds are well kept. The office staff is very professional , knowledgeable and helpful.

Noise of above our bedroom tenants extremely LOUD to extremes some days - but otherwise we LOVE our place!!!! Sounds like bowling balls being rolled or a dog running and playing with large balls.

The community was clean and quiet. The location is ideal for shopping and easy access to the highways. But yet tucked away from the traffic and noise. It was pleasurable to see a community with dogs being walked.

The space for the cost is unmatched. The quality of the build and interiors.

Everything is amazing if there are any problems everyone at the office right on top their game. The only thing I would say is negative about this place would be all the bugs, sipders, Mosquitoes we get on the patio

Beautiful environment, friendly neighbors and excellent curb appeal. When it comes to fixing things in apartment, maintenance responds quickly and efficiently.

The staff is great, the amenities are great. Your experience here will be highly based off of who your neighbors are and your tolerance for other's lack of respect of simple acts that can go a long way (i.e. pick up after your dog, put the cover back on the grills when done, park within the lines, don't speed in the parking lot).
