They are nice and spacious apartments but we’ve had several maintenance issues so I think it’s an old building the parking lot is always full and people drive kinda dangerous. The office is never open lol even when you call ahead to check

It's a decent place to live, but it's way overvalued for what you get and rent continues to spike. Pavement doesn't get fixed, equipment in the gym is very old and rundown.

The rent is high and no utilities are included. It costs about two grand a month for a third floor walk up apartment. There is NO water pressure in the showers I've had two maintenance calls and they haven't fixed it. Or the sink stopper that they "Had to order parts for" and never got back to me. The parking lot is collapsing and if you're not careful you will pop a tire or worse. Lots of holes in the concrete too so watch your step! There is no outdoor space to enjoy and most of the grass is dead and it's uneven muddy ground. Noone cleans up their pet waste and the neighbors are rude lots of smoke smell. There's nowhere to park. The interstate is loud and the neighbors are louder. Cheap furnishings and thin walls. Security door on front of building is broken and not hung correctly. Awful place.

It took a few months to learn how to live in the apartment. Love the location. It's close to everything that I need as in food, stores and the highway which makes it easy to get around. The neighbors are nice. Quiet. I have no problem with the neighbors in the apartment.

The place is a good place to live at. Maintenance could be better and actually listen to the residents since we pay so much for rent. Could be some more stuff added to do.

They are updating vacant apartments but charging older residents updated rent. So I am paying for updates they will never do to my apartment while I still live here.

I had high hopes and excitement coming into this complex. However, they let me down big time. The management and other staff members are rude and childish. They don’t know how to manage properly and don’t follow through on anything they say. Also broke one of the things on the lease. We didn’t get a 24 hour notice and they came into our apartment without anyone knowing while no one was home. I don’t understand why the lease needs to be followed by tenants but not staff members?

valley view really is a nice place to live, as the management staff are very kind and helpful, the rental rates are a little high, but overall its a nice place.
We have enjoyed living at Valley View, going on 9 yrs. Love the size of Apts, and in unit washer and dryers.

I love how well the apartment is designed. They layout is perfect, the design is up to date. The closets are HUGE! :) I've never lived in an apartment complex before, so this was a great first experience for me.

Overall it’s decent. Parking is extremely difficult by the office or at building that only have parking available on one side. Especially in the summer when people decide to drive to the pool instead of walk. That being said it would be nice if garages were cheaper if people have a garage they should only be allowed to have one parking spot and one garage instead of a garage and 2 parking spots. Internet is super slow even at the max speed and so many people have issues with century link. The layout is big and the rooms have ample space so that’s a big plus but in the 2 bedrooms it would be nice if there was only a hallway door to the second bathroom. With having a door from the second bedroom to the bathroom it really limits the wall space if you have children who share a room. The kitchens offer fine appliances but it would make more sense if the garbage disposal was on the side closest to the dishwasher making for a better flow. The kitchen also has very limited space that may be sufficient for a family of 2. It would be better if the complex installed 1 or 2 full length pantry cabinets from the end of the counter into the dining area along the back wall.

The staff was very transparent during the application and move-in processes. We were nervous about pricing, but immediately loved the apartment and knew the space and ease of access was worth the asking price!

Not a place I would move to in future. To much noise from other tenants but not very sound proof and you can hear them just walking around or doing laundry or taking a shower. Not there fault

Valley View Estates is a great place to call Home! Apartments are constantly being renovated. The Management and maintenance are so important to the community. The area is convenient to groceries, banks, pharmacies, food services, gas station, and interstate travel. You are surrounded by conveniences and a safe community..

The management is awful and rude. The apartment itself is very nice. Theres squatters here! Lots of vandalism and towing. Few weeks ago someone was smoking meth in the building!

Don't rent here. They have the worst management and don't care about there residents at all
Overall my experience over the past 7 years has been good. There have been some difficult times due to neighbors more than management or the community as a whole. Although a little pricey if living on a fixed income, the community is in a good location as far as proximity to grocery stores, interstate, and park. Good amenities with a pool, 24-hr fitness room and some garages. Although garages are a bit distant from many of the apartments.
I love the amenities, and the appearances of it all!! I love the location and safe environment as well! Nice neighbors and quiet place. No problem with ever not having hot water. Laundry in unit? Yes please! I have 2 problems though. I've have had to call twice before maintenance would come fix my lighting and shower. I was without a working shower for a week. Was a huge hassle trying to get it fixed. The office ladies are also not the best. They did not include a fixed pet fee rate when we first moved in. We ended up having to pay it and a late fee of a total of $100. When we informed them of their mistake, they said there was nothing they could do. Quite ridiculous!! I've recently decided to move back, however the office ladies haven't been quite helpful and frankly quite snooty and rude. So in short, great place to live minus customer service
I currently live here and really like my apartment, it's BIG! It's close to everything without being right in the middle of it. I can hop on the interstate and get to my work easily. The pool is nice too. They have a fitness center, but I haven't used it yet. It looks to have all the equipment you would want a fitness center to have. The office ladies were very helpful in helping me find the perfect apartment!
I have lived at this place twice. I have had a great experience both times and would live here again, if I find myself needing an apartment. The office staff was helpful anytime I had a question and maintenance took care of any work orders right away. The location was great with easy access to the interstate.
They took $70 off the deposit for something which was not broken or bent because I had spent $12 to repair the darn thing. Lived there 2 years and was impeccable tenant. The office was never open, always closed early.
We are trying to down size and traded emails several times with Tiffany in the office. We set an appointment date to come look at an apartment and tour the facility. when we arrived , she's decided to leave early for the day, no call , no email just left. Her assistant did confirm that it was On her calendar. If you treat potential renters this way, I would hate to see how you'd treat us after we signed a lease. We will be spending our money elsewhere. #dontwasteyourtime
