The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Valley Park Apartments
I have seen many good and Bad reviews and can not find out why so many are disgruntled. When you moved in you knew the place was ancient. The new owners and management team are doing everything they can to accommodate everyone's needs as fast as they can. I love the responses I have received from them. No major issues to complain about. The community is quite friendly and pleasing for this old active lady of 62yrs. It's close to everything, especially the park Right up the street. Close to my Job less than a mile away and the unit is clean and quaint. A yes 1951 building with a very ancient kitchen but with some creativity, you can customize it and make it your own. I have had so much fun decorating and making it suit me to wear if it were modern and current. I couldn't do so. I give them a 5-star rating as I am happy and very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the Management Team hear. I am a former Apartment manager myself and I know the job takes a lot to do efficiently Job. So I am happy to say they pass the test for me. Thank you to the management team and the Corporation that employed them. 03/01.23

Hello, and thank you so much for your kind words. We're thrilled to hear about your enjoyable living experience here at Valley Park Apartments. Our dedicated team will always do our best to provide you with 5-star resident care, and we're pleased to hear you enjoy calling Valley Park Apartments your home. Thanks again for sharing your kind words; we appreciate you!
The place was built in the 50s and basically nothing has been updated since then. We have been here about 10 months and we have encountered many issues from heat and A/C being virtually useless to the sink, shower, and bathroom sink all flooding or overflowing at certain points. The sink was overflowing from a main backup in the sewer, and instead of actually fixing the issue, they just redirected the water into the laundry room, which consistently smells of sewage now. In the winter, our apartment would reach sub zero temperature, and nothing was done about it. The “maintenance” told us to put plastic up, which was at our own expense. We, and everyone else in our building, had 50% of our belongings taken from the “storage” areas in the basement. We had 3 bikes get their locks cut and management did nothing but tell us to report it to the police, but to no avail, we are out 3 bikes. Packages are consistently stolen and mail is also inconsistent as to who gets what. We get mail for people who don’t live here at least once a week. All in all, this place isn’t even worth it if it’s your last option.
