other than the issues I mentioned I think Valentia is a nice community to live. Management staff Rick is very helpful, he very good front liner to the community. The maintenance staff are nice too.
Was luckily enough to be able to work with Serena through the entire process. She was very friendly and addressed all questions and concerns. She was great to work with.

from the tour to moving in and even after the staff at valentia by windsor made everything easy. the staff is very quick to respond to emails and very helpful and friendly. we’ve lived here only a month but it has been a great month and i’m happy to be living here

Overall good community. Priced over market. I could get a 2bdm of he same quality and community for what Im paying for a 1bdrm
I put in a request for maintenance for the toilet noise and seat at night. The next day, they came and replaced the toilet seat, kept the area clean in doing so, and fixed the issue with the noise from the toilet. I gave permission to enter when I was not home, and they came and completed the request. They also left a nice note explaining what was done. Nick and Fernando are professional, hard working and helpful! I have had great experiences with any kind of maintenance issue here. Top notch professionals that you can trust!
After residing in the community of Valentia for just a month now; I am very pleased with every aspect from the community, from the atmosphere to my new apartment, and the excellent staff. My experience have been great. Jessie the leasing specialist whose expertise and assistance were invaluable in helping me find the perfect home. She made the move in experience very easy and provided me with some of the best customer service ive encountered in a while. Additionally, Grace the property manager was equally welcoming and available to assist me with any further questions I had. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly will recommend Valentina to anyone seeking a high quality living experience.

This is a very clean and quiet community. Everyone here is respectful of one another and the office team is especially friendly. One thing I love about Valentia by Windsor is that they get things done! Your voice/concern is heard.
Upon moving day, the apartment was still dirty. I had to clean it myself before the moving company dropped off my belongs. The shower drains were clogged up and I had to purchase a liquid solution to unclog the drains myself.
I love living here! The Staff are exceptional! The layout of my apartment is spacious chic! I appreciate being on a higher floor and the access to everything is unparalleled. So easy to live here!

Easy process to submit maintenance order and staff is quick to respond with great communication and attitude.
Leasing experience was fairly quick and easy. Management and maintenance have been very friendly. The few complaints we would have is the apartment was very dirty when we moved in. The floor was very black, we had to mop the whole apartment at least 3 times before it was finally clean and the bathtubs needed to be scrubbed because they had built up grime on them. Overall though the apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great.
Washer dryer are outdated and emit a lot of heat. Fire Alarm goes off with anything you cook. Parking is a big issue. You wont find parking for guests after 6pm. Fire Dept is close by, you hear them at all hours. Water smells rancid. Refrigerator is old and SMALL. Guests have to park across the street. Elevators smell and are very slow. Maintenance is so slow to get your ticket. There isn't enough room to write how horrible this place is. If it's rated 4.8 it done by management entries to boost the rating...tenants here agree, this place sucks.
Any issues we've come across so far have been addressed promptly. Rick is amazing! I love the amenities and how well kept the common areas are. I feel safe here.

Valentia is a very nice community. From what I have experience thus far everything runs seamlessly here. It’s quiet , the grounds are clean, accessible to most conveniences that are needed and the staff is friendly as well as accommodating.
Fine living in the heart of La Habra. You won't find a better community in this area. They have everything you need and more!
Valentia is a great place to live! All your shopping needs and places to eat is just walking distance away,. The Valentia office and maintenance team is very knowledgeable and always there to answer any of your questions or concerns
There is a shopping mall near the apartment, which is convenient.
My leasing agent Rick is fantastic. He is always helpful, attentive, professional, and responsive. The maintenance/service team members are also great and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
Although the leasing office staff is friendlier, the parking gates are always broken and the community is not as clean as it was with the previous ownership.
When we first moved in, we loved the place. The maintenance and security was top notch. Since management has changed, I have seen a significance change in cleaniness of the property. Maintenance is not keeping up the cleaniness as before. I am in the J building and the barbeque is dirty, counters not cleaned, leaves all over and the whole area is dirty with leaves and trash. Previously manainternce would would clean daily., They would clean the burners, make sure they work properly, wipe down and shine cover, counter was cleaned thoroughly, not left grimy as they are now. Pool area, kids were not left unattended. Lately, you have outside people coming to park their belongings in the cabana with big groups not even residing in the community. Parking is becoming a problem. Not sure if management is allowing for more vehicles per unit. Property only has 1 pool area for overbuilt property. Not enough parking. Overall, the place is not the same as before. Not going to renew my lease.

I have been this community for almost 2 years. I love this appartment. Specialy during these pandamic they have careed very well . I hope keep continue renewal this sweet home. also thanks for all stuffs at leasing office . Thank you again
The main reason why I chose my apartment was because of the convenience and amenities. One of the main reasons was the convenience of having my own washer and dryer. The maintenance replaced my inner portion of my washer, it now drains the water but its still making a loud noise and I feel the washer doesnt really do its job.
Terrible staff. Place is nauseating with all the air freshener. Bugs are a problem, I know of at least one apartment that has a sign on the door because it is infested. There is construction at the old Vons that is extremely noisy ALL day and it is not to build this magical parking structure they keep saying they are building but are not. There is no parking spaces available if you come home late in the evenings, and you can't have guests over because there is no guest parking. Pool area and gym are always crowded and impossible to use. The fire alarms are also constantly going off from people smoking, if you want to sleep ever don't live here. Expect to pay extra for a parking space, for trash valet which you can't opt out of. All of the $500 deposit plus extra fines were charged after moving out for painting, carpet cleaning, and janitorial. We were told before moving out that we wouldn't be charged for painting because we had been there over two years and it needed to be painted anyways. We were still charged however. The apartment was spotless when we left. I have never not received my deposit back. Our friends recently moved into another apartment here and said it was filthy when they moved in so obviously they aren't cleaning them like they say on the charges. They don't care about their residents or retaining them they just want to squeeze every cent they can out of you since they know you will leave anyways. Not to mention the employees can't even speak english every email I have received from them has grammatical errors and typos. If you get their mailing list about events they are extremely annoying and sent out multiple times even after the events have already occurred.
