Property Ratings at Valencia Apartments
Management is non-invasive and responsible. Grounds are extremely well-maintained. Pools are nice, although we wish there was a hot tub. At this price and for the square footage offered per unit, I can't complain. Quiet apartments and nice neighbors, despite being close to the 57 freeway. Downstairs units have decent outdoor patio space. Apartments are well-equipped, although you'll need your own refrigerator and microwave. We are very happy here! We have been here for 6 months. Another plus side is there is month-to-month leasing, which is convenient.
