I was a little hesitant on the size of my one bedroom apartment. April made very helpful suggestions on different ways I can position my furniture. I made those arrangements she suggested and everything fits perfectly. I am very happy with the location and George the maint. super has been on top of my meticulous request.

Lovely place, nice staff. Before we visited we clearly requested an immediately available unit in writing (in an email or text) because we're from out of state, with all our gear in storage, and staying in a motel. They had a vacant unit immediately available. We were excited about finding the place and the location is perfect for our current needs. In less than 24 hours, we were told they'd rented the immediately available unit but offered us one for October 8. Clearly, the company is funding themselves with app fees and not caring about people's living circumstances and needs. I find this practice unacceptable and have notified my credit card company, who is willing to reverse charges as soon as they post. Unfortunately, I must also encourage people to avoid viewing and making applications for rentals at Val Vista Gardens. It's truly a shame they aren't an ethically responsible business.

Apartment complex itself isn't bad. Place is well kept and clean. However the management that took over in January is terrible. They have no idea what is going on. Management has repeatedly made mistakes and do not communicate with one another. They never send water bills but yet charge you a fee every month for having an outside service deliver the bill. Also don't expect a refund for your deposit as they will nickle and dime there way with charges.

Have been living here for 3 years everything is great going to enjoy the new pool and hot tub and enjoying the new look and paint.Kim the new manager and Mike the service guy are the best they had here when we put a work order in it is taking care of the next day. They are very polite and great people. Would recommend any to check this place out well worth the money.
The management does not know what they are doing and they do not return calls or answer simple questions. When I had questions about my rent/lease renewal they told me multiple times that they would call within 1-2 days. They fell through on their word every single time. If you need something fixed don't plan on it being anytime soon. My advice, don't move here.
We have not lived in Arizona long but I like the location we chose. It is close to shopping and freeway. The staff is very helpful and makes us always feel like we are their first priority. Nice pool and grounds are groomed every week. Most of the neighbors are friendly and I feel very safe living here even when I am alone.
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to call home, then Green Leaf Vista is the perfect place for you. You can wake up on a Sunday morning, sit on your patio and drink coffee while you watch the birds doing silly things. They have an unusual floor plan and a 40 inch flat screen TV is included in all of the units. Also included in all of the units are full sized washers and dryers, so no worrying about quarters or laundry mats. Speaking of quarters, if you need filtered water, they also have a filtered water machine that residents can use instead of buying expensive water from the store, or hauling empty jugs somewhere to refill them. Pets are welcome, and the office even has treats for them if you take them to visit. The pool area is beautiful and always kept clean, and the gym has up to date work out machines. It is walking distance from grocery stores and a day care (if you have kids). It is not too far from the free way and shopping centers. If you are looking for a place that is beautiful, efficient, affordable and peaceful, this is the place for you.
Went in to look at the apartments, when they found out I was not leasing at the moment they were trying to push us out. I am looking for a new place and they are only looking for people to sign up for a lease.
I have lived here for over a year now and love it. The property is very clean and maintenance is great.. Staff is very friendly and helpfull..Do wish they had a BBQ in the pool area..
