New management took over and turned this building around. Renovated the lounge, very responsive, and take care of the building.
The new management has made a huge difference. They are very responsive, and problems are fixed quickly. They also renovated the lounge, which was a huge plus.

I was so excited to view this property and have been reaching out for weeks both email and over the phone and am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. If they won’t even communicate to new people trying to give them their money, how do they treat their residents?
I have tried to contact them for a week now and they don’t email or call back. Disgusting customer service.
I have been looking for an apartment for a long time and I have finally found my place at the new USCC. Its really modern like living in a luxury hotel but it still has those old features that I love, like exposed brick and the beam in my bedroom. Located right in the heart of Downtown Columbus I can walk to my work as well as many eateries, pubs, bars and shows which I take full advantage of. Great management. Easy to work with.
