I can’t say enough good things about Urban Lofts Co! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to help — everything about working with them is smooth and stress-free, whether it’s their Airbnbs or full-time apartment living. I’ve stayed in their Airbnbs myself and had family members stay there too — every experience has been wonderful. The spaces are spotless, beautifully designed, and feel like home the moment you walk in. Plus, Zaxby and Charlie, the office dogs, make every visit extra special!

I absolutely love it here! The location is perfect — everything you need is within walking distance. The community is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and management is quick and responsive to any needs. Definitely a great place to call home!

i moved here this past weekend and i was very happy with everything . the staff and maintenance were nice and welcoming, the apartment complex is very clean and quiet. it seems very secure considering you need a key to get inside the building!

Absolutely wonderful establishment the management there is incomparable to any place I’ve live lad before always willing to give a hand and do what’s best for the tenants.

I’ve lived in Russellville for a while now and have lived in several different apartments throughout the years. I always felt that I was never quite in love with any apartments. But let me tell ya, that all changed once I met the property manager and toured these apartments. I knew right then that this was not only different, but was everything I had been hoping for! The units are incredible, the neighbors are friendly, the property manager is very kind and helpful (also is great at making sure we understand any paperwork), maintenance is lightning fast and always checking up to make sure we have no issues, and with it being so pet friendly; we are always meeting new people and their dogs which keep this place being always an adventure :)

The lofts are great, dog friendly and very nice management. The apartments are super clean and so is the building and overall space, definitely the nicest complex in Russellville. The location is also super great very close to campus and I always feel safe.

Comes with TV, wifi, Roku, tables, couch, fridge, washer and dryer. Everything you NEED is already here. I feel very safe here as well with the cameras and locks. Good place!

I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it!! My unit was clean and in perfect condition upon arrival! Brittany, the property manager is the best around! She puts her tenants first and will help you in any way she can! The gym has top of the line equipment! But my favorite part about living here was the parking lot parties that the staff threw for the tenants! We all grilled out, played cornhole and got to know other tenants! 100% recommend living at the urban loft!

Urban Loft Apartments are clean, modern, and well-kept. The management is super nice and always responsive. The gym is one of the best features, and the location can’t be beat—everything from Starbucks to restaurants is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

I moved here recently and I am very impressed! The apartment complex is kept clean, has a private parking lot, and even a gym, which is such a nice place to have easy access to when you live in an apartment. Management is nice and is quick to respond! I would totally recommend Urban Loft Co!

I checked out urban lof because my teammate had told me about on my hunt for an apartment. Loved everything about it and how close it was to campus, it’s nice and spacious which is great for me since it’s my first time getting an apartment. Landlord was super sweet and easy to work with. Applications process was easy and moved in the next day. Also love that it comes furnished

When I first came to Russellville, the property manager squeezed me in for a tour the same day with no trouble. Brittany made the move in process super easy! It’s super nice and clean. Any issues I have, maintenance solves it within 48 hours. Highly recommend living here!

I have stayed at Urban Loft for almost two years and it has been wonderful. Since the beginning, the staff has been easy to communicate with and very quick to assist any issue or accommodate requests. They truly build and maintain relationships with their tenants. Maintenance has gone above and beyond to fix Any issue immediately that I have reported. The property is also very clean and always being maintained ! It is also very conveniently located across the street from Tech, so you can even walk to campus.

The Urban Loft is a phenomenal place to live. Any and all issues I've had have been quickly resolved by the expediency and care of the management and staff. It comes full furnished, wifi included in rent, utilities included in rent, and only 30 dollars extra for gated parking. The location is perfect for any student attending ATU, be it the campus is less than a mile away. I would recommend these apartments above all others in Russellville. The quality of care from the management team, updated modern look, gated parking, wifi and utilities included in rent, etc you really can't beat it for the price.

Facilities are well maintained and haven’t had any problems in my short time staying here. Move in process was a breeze with no hiccups.

Really quiet and close to everything! I had to stay here for an extended time for work. I enjoyed being within minutes of places to eat and being close to the interstate. Brittany, the property manager, was great with response time and making sure I felt at home. Jaden in maintenance was funny and even gave me a free hat from his new clothing brand he was starting. Great people that actually care about you.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been great since the beginning! Any time I have a maintenance issue, it is solved within 24-48 hours if not sooner. Everything is included so I only pay one bill every month. I would highly recommend.

Urban Loft Co. has really spacious apartments and a friendly, helpful staff. They are eager to make your stay a lot more enjoyable. It’s the perfect location for students who don’t want to live on campus and it’s very affordable with utilities included.

Everything an individual needs to sustain a healthy way of living from a solo point of view. The flat rate is fantastic as all utilities are included.

Urban loft is a wonderful place to live. All utilities paid is a great perk as well as the fitness center, don’t have to pay for a gym membership. The staff is amazing and great to work with. Maintenance is quick to come and solve any issues. The location is great close to restaurants and other shopping places. Most definitely would encourage anyone to take a tour. Brittney is great with answering all questions that you may have.

If you’re a student at Arkansas Tech University and want to live close to campus but off campus this is a place for you. There’s a gym on site that is included in your rent and all your utilities are included. You can’t beat that with a brick stick. Plus it is pet friendly.

I travel all over the US because of my job and this is one the best decision’s I’ve made. I was actually living in a one room Rental I found on Air bnb and it was a disaster. This place has everything you need and i cant say enough about Ms Brittany. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend The Urban Loft to anyone in the Construction Industry that’s traveling this way to please stop and take a look. You won’t be disappointed.
