Love This place. It’s quiet and safe with Pinpad access through the facility. It’s great for small families and for a fresh start.
Loving my stay at Urban Lofts! I feel safe in our building and our gated garage. Very quick walk to Bar Limina. Everything is updated and modern. Utilities and WiFi included in the rent. Very happy with my time here.

Amazing Apartment downtown without being in the Downtown “hustle and bustle”! Urban Loft is situated on the quieter end of Downtown just off Monroe Ave! The building is definitely upscaled (updated appliances) /safe /secure (door & elevator code - unique to each resident) and management is totally very responsive whenever there’s a need. Last but not least - being in a place that covers the utilities, cable and internet cost were all WIN WIN for me! I love this place!

I love my view from the top. I can enjoy the concerts that are held in the lower bunk by just opening my window. The best perk of all is the inclusive utilities and Roku tvs….winning!

Great spot to live near the downtown area. My wife and I certainly enjoy being near work. We find it great that furniture and appliances were included. We love the measure of security provided with keypad entry and an enclosed garage.
This is a great apartment! Its comfy and homey and the people are great! I've been here 2 months and I have no complaints. Best accident I've ever made lol.
I’ve arrived to Memphis just 2 months ago and I couldn’t choose a better place to live. Living close to Aldi, Autozone Park and important places, pay the same amount every month (all utilities is include)is helpful. Also, the apartment brand new, no worries about mold and repairs. The best option to live in this city.

I am not from Memphis and when I found my apartment it was a dream come true. I have everything in one and the best is my own washer and dryer. I never like going to the laundromat. I also love the security we have here. Thank you Guy for your support!
I've really enjoyed living in this apartment. It’s a great space with modern furnishings. The unit is comfortable and secure, with features like keypad entry and an enclosed parking garage that give me peace of mind. The location is hard to beat. I can walk to campus easily, and I'm just a short walk from Beale Street, Orleans station, and more. There are also two breweries right next to the building. One of the breweries hosts events every weekend, which has been a fun and unexpected perk of living here. The management and staff have been consistently friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any questions or maintenance needs. It’s been a great place to live. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in Memphis.
