Property Ratings at Uptown 11 Townhouses
I have lived here since 2016 month to month. Kaftan took over June 2022. It has been a horrible experience since they took over from quadrupling the rent, sneaking in a ratio billed water bill and terrible maintenance. They don’t care about the families, just your money!
Maintenance is horrible over priced FASLE ADVERTISING Million Dollar Renovations WHERE !!!! Corporate offices and Property Management UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!
This place shows beautifully, but once you move in, the trouble begins! The floors and stairs squeak throughout the entire unit and there’s nothing they can do about it! Every step you take, you hear it, EVERYWHERE! The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors entire conversation in your unit! You can also smell them! If they have a dog, the stench seeps throughout your unit. If they’re a smoker, your entire unit smells like cigarettes or marijuana, and it lingers! There’s nothing you can do to rid the smell! And your water and sewerage bill is Community shared! They divide it between all the residents and just tell you what to pay! And they charge you based on how many people are in your unit. Your newborn counts the same as a grown adult! Even if you don’t use the water, you will have a bill! Had I known any of this information, I would’ve never moved here!!! And there’s nothing they can do about any of it! I hate it here!!
From the beginning of the process of applying all the way to actually signing the lease and moving in has been such an appreciated smooth process. Ashley was such a pleasure to interact with. Maintenance has been so quick to address my issue. I’m happy with my decision to move here.
I had been on the waiting list since March 2021. I would call every month to see where I stand. They were nice, polite and answered all the questions I would have. I did my walk through and my place was everything I was told it would be and more. Fast forward to signing of paperwork. Ashley the manager and Mya were so warm and welcoming. I got a chance to meet the maintenance staff as well. I also loved the welcome gift basket that was given at the end of my signing. It made me feel at ease the warmth and welcoming from everyone.
I moved to this property relunctanly and am I glad I did. The staff has been absolutely amazing from the time I submitted my application. Whenever I experienced an issue they were right on top of it. I am not one to hold back my opinion and will address whatever issue comes about based on my expectations and they have been truly AWESOME! Though the property is old and could use updates, it is clean and quiet. I thought it was small based on what I am accustomed to but, found it to be very spacious if decorated properly for my needs. I contemplated a newer/more spacious and popular community but, decided that it would be more beneficial for me to pay for upgrades I could take with me rather than cushion someone else's pockets on upgrades that I would never own. I am in the right place for right now. Ms. Parker

I've lived here for over four years and its wonderful! Quiet, clean and safe and the staff here is friendly and efficient. My daughter has many friends here and she enjoys the playground that's provided in our own back yard. My son was able to have bus school services pick him up and drop him off right in front of the property office, where the staff provides security on dark mornings. This is an excellent place to live in and raise a family.

The leasing agents for that property are beyond Rude they never answer the phone and when they do answer they are disrespectful and beyond rude every time I was a potential renter but after the treatment I received we decided to go else where I would never recommend these places to anyone they are unorganized I received a half tour just awful
Love it, love it, love it, my piece of heaven, Stanford Townhouses. I've been a resident here for awhile now. Very peaceful, well maintained, affordable apartment complex , with a very friendly staff. I love strolling the grounds after a hard day at work, it helps me to unwind and prepare for another day.
