This apartment is amazing! Location, people and events are second to none. I have been there for almost 3 years now and I don’t see me living anywhere else until it’s time for a house! Worth every penny!

Upton Oxmoor has been the perfect place for me to meet amazing people, enjoy incredible amenities, and truly enjoy where I live. The staff are so friendly and are always eager to help! No need to have a gym membership because the equipment here is top notch and there are many free workout classes! Living at Upton has felt like a vacation.

Upton Oxmoor is by-far the best apartment community we’ve ever lived in! It is tough to find nice units, in a good location, w/this nice of amenities in Louisville - but Upton has surpassed our expectations. To add to this, their events team is constantly holding parties/offering free tickets to Louisville events to get the Upton community together and involved!

You can guarantee that any property run by NTS is going to be a great living experience. They are the best in the business at what they do.

After more than three years at Upton, I can confidently say it’s still the best place I’ve ever lived—and that’s saying something since I’ve leased 16 different apartments! I’m now on my third lease here, and I couldn’t be happier with everything Upton offers: the ideal location, top-notch management, fantastic amenities, and most of all, the vibrant culture and community. Many apartment communities boast impressive amenities but tend to let things slide over time. Not Upton! They keep everything running smoothly and looking spotless. Beyond the essentials (pool, gym, dog park, espresso machine, etc.), the resident events truly set Upton apart. From Wine Down Wednesdays and Top Golf outings to polo matches, concert series, and food trucks, it’s a dream for renters who value connection and fun. The ever-active social calendar, the friendly atmosphere, and the immaculate grounds make Upton Oxmoor a standout. Even after all these years, it’s still an A+++ for me!

From the day I moved in I made a lot of friends in basically what I like to call a small town of Upton. Everyone has been nice and welcoming and helpful. I just moved to the state and literally knew no one and now I’m friends with even my neighbors. The front desk is always helpful and kind and they keep the area very clean which I love and so does my dog. It’s a very dog friendly area and the dog park is just an added bonus. I always feel safe when I’m here.

Very clean apartments, extremely spacious. Very nice staff, always planning a lot of fun events to do. Pool is extremely nice in summer time. Maintenance comes quickly and are very reliable. Love being here!!

If you are searching for a place to live in Louisville, look no further! Moving from out of state can be stressful, so trust me on this- Best location, best floor plans, best finishes, best staff, best amenities… I could go on forever. Cancel your gym membership because their 24/7 fitness center is AMAZING. They also covered the cost of my 2 hour move! So stop stressing and be our neighbors!

Upton Oxmoor is more than just a place to live. It's a community, it's a 5-star resort, it's home away from home. When you live here, you will be a part of the amazing parties, the awesome camaraderie and you will get to enjoy the luxurious pool and gym. The maintenance is second to none. I've lived places before where it takes week for a service request to be fulfilled. Here, Kyle, Ben and Cody are on it. They will be at your door to fix something in less than 24 hours which is unreal. I cannot express how much I love this place. Never leaving!!!

Amenities, location & service!!! Hallie made the experience super easy at the leasing office. Anytime there was a maintenance issue Ben was quick to respond and was beyond professional! Definitely recommend if you want to live in a fun environment that treats you how you deserve to be treated!

This apartment complex is so great! There are events all the time in the club house for all ages!

Upton Oxmoor is a modern and upscale community in prime St. Matthews location. From the moment I toured, I was impressed with the modern design, and felt welcomed by the front office staff immediately. They host a lot of great events for the residents, and it’s a great way to meet your neighbors! I highly recommend Upton if you are searching for the best place to live in the city!

When you look for an apartment in Louisville, come straight to Upton. This place is truly a home away from home. The staff and folks who live here make this an amazing community to be a part of. The maintenance team is phenomenal — Ben goes above and beyond and usually fixes my service requests the same day I enter them into the system! The gym is state of the art and the pool is open year round :) Don’t even get me started on the parties…. They go all out for us residents. You’re making a mistake living elsewhere!!

After having lived here for 9 months, my satisfaction with the apartment, facilities, and staff is taken to a higher level than I have personally experienced with other properties around the country. I can’t think of one time where a warm greeting and smile wasn't provided by any member this facility’s staff. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and works long hours at times to provide platforms for the community to come together. I’ve lived at Upton Oxmoor since I was 24, and at 27, I still love it here. The community has a great balance of active events and peaceful spaces like the book club. Evening walks around the complex are a favorite of mine, with beautiful sunsets and a sense of community as people stay active outdoors. The landscaping is always pristine, even in winter, making the property feel well-cared for year-round. I feel taken care of both inside and outside my apartment. Highly recommend Upton Oxmoor for a welcoming, vibrant, and well-maintained home.

This place is truly wonderful to live in. The amenities are top-notch, and the proactive management team adds to the overall amazing experience. I've been here since they opened, and even though I initially planned to stay for just a few months, I ended up falling in love with it and decided to stay longer. I highly recommend, it’s a very safe area, dog friendly and I am not even mentioning the pool which give a resort like overall experience. They also organize a lot event so that you get to know the community. Dont even overthink it, this is your place !

We love living at Upton Oxmoor. We were very fortunate to secure an apartment here; it has been an excellent introduction to Louisville. We are fans of everything, from the pool to the clubhouse to the attentive, friendly, and helpful staff who help look after anything we need. Coming home to Upton each time we go away feels so lovely!

I wrote a review of Upton Oxmoor's apartments about eight months ago. Stating "small pool, but they make up for it with free events and giveaways for the tenants. We are not going anywhere anytime soon." That statement stands to this day. My wife and I just signed another 15-month contract and are so happy with Upton. They have adapted to the TopGolf and quick life of St. Mathews. While also allowing a historical feel and connection with the Bullitt estate. Upton has put more effort into tenant appreciation than any other complex in Louisville. It shows new developments attempting to "be like Upton." However, Why not just get the quality from the source?

After selling our home out of state and moving into an apartment, we couldn’t be happier that we chose Upton Oxmoor. It’s absolutely a luxury apartment. I cannot fathom having lived anywhere else for this transition period. The amenities are top notch, the staff are great, and we’ve had nothing but positive interactions with other residents. The event calendar is amazing too. I’m so happy we chose to live here!

Moved here from Atlanta, did not know anyone/anything, Upton was my choice because it is a beautiful place to live, great views, strong engaged community and I needed that in a new city. Thus far, Upton allowed me the opportunity to meet so many great people, everyone is so kind, staff is attentive to their residents, always helpful and responsive. I am here to stay!

Upton Oxmoor has cool amenities, but the best services are things like trash valet and clearing the pavement and sidewalks of snow right away. It’s so convenient and makes a huge difference in the standard of living for residents, and with a complex this size it’s a big ask. The office and events foster a sense of community, and in my experience the maintenance requests and questions I’ve asked have been answered within a day or a few hours. It doesn’t get much better than that.

My husband and I have lived at Upton for 1 year now with our puppies! It’s by far the best apartment complex in Louisville. The amenities, events, living circumstances and so much more. They take care of their residents! It’s been such a fun place to live as a newly married couple. They also are extremely dog friendly and have the best dog park.

I have had a great experience at Upton. The property is beautiful, the events are fun, and the people are great. I also really like the location and feel very safe. My roommate and I just resigned our lease for another year. Couldn’t be happier!
