Have had bad experience with cockroaches, it took more then two months to get this issue solved and had to live in an unhealthy situation. I have always documented this issue with pictures and videos and felt at times that I was questioned on this matter by the front office. Dealing with the front office personnel was not always pleasant, except for Ruby who have been always polite empathetic and professional when I interact with her. Staircases and hallways could be cleaner as well. I like the size and features on the apartment and the pool is very nice as well, so as a complex I think it is a good place overall.
Applying & deals were the easiest best part about it.. they had amazing deals helped us get approved within a few days & now we’re moving in shortly! I love the front office team!

Staff was great. Maintenance was great couple things I wish would’ve been different. Also wish they would’ve painted the place better before I moved in and also the floors seemed a little old.

It’s been okay. Gates broken no one picks up poop. Location is not the best either because of traffic getting out. Staff is nice but don’t do much. Amenities are nice but I feel like for the price you can find a better location

Neighbor above us is so noisy. When told the management, they could not do anything about it even send them a message. We have an infant its always difficult for her to sleep due to the excessive stumping and running above us.

The staff are very helpful when I need it. I love hearing the water fountain from the pool at night, it helps me sleep! I like that we are close to 35, and the parkway...makes getting around easier.

The community is beautiful. I absolutely loved it. It is very well kept; I also met some residents that were very sweet during my tour. The front desk staff (Jazzmyn) was awesome and very informative.

I am very frustrated about the parking situation at the Upton. I am a registered resident and received a new license plate. My car was towed overnight since I didn’t not register the new plate. I accepted responsibility for this but it is the same car registered with a different plate and I find towing paid residents personal property to be unacceptable. Management has nothing to do with the tow so when a mistake like this happens, the resident is left holding the bag. Horrible way to do business Upton.

While parking enforcement is handled by a third-party vendor and vehicle registration is the resident’s responsibility, we did work to provide a credit toward the towing fee as a goodwill gesture. Our goal is always to support our residents whenever possible, even in situations outside of our direct control. We’re continuously working to improve our processes and communication to help prevent similar issues in the future. I’ve been living here for about 7 months now, front office is always helpful, friendly and professional. Maintenance is always quick to respond and I like how this management company keeps up with the property as far as landscaping, paint, there’s never loose trash that I’ve seen flying around the property, neighbors are cool, the pool area is great. I really like this place and enjoy living here

Good apartments, good location next to Wurzbach Parkway and close to I-35 and 410. There's a Starbucks and a gas station/convenience store next to the apartments, you could even walk to it from how close it is. Jazzmyn has been great to us from the start and she always has a smile on her face. Great team member to have around and goes above and beyond to answer questions and find what you need.

Could use some work in the maintenance department but all in all love the place neighbors are quite, Everyone tends to respect each others privacy and noise level.

Love the office staff, maintenance staff is great. They take care of repairs fairly quickly. Family oriented community which is why my kids love it here.

The apartments are nice overall, spacious, come with in unit washer and dryer. Only grievances is the gates don't work, pool upkeep, and not enough social events for residents.

Building is fine. Management responds in appropriate time. Location is ok, not great for dog walking. However, there are two contained dog parks for exercise. Good proximity to most things.

I absolutely love it here. From the day I walked in those doors it was nothing but smooth sailing the staff are all nice and the vibes are good. The community is very quiet and the people are friendly. The apartments are very clean and I haven’t had any issues or concerns since I have been here.

I recently moved at these apartments, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment was exactly as pictures, modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen utensils. The bedroom were comfortable, and the space was quiet at night, which allowed for restful sleep. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee, and a helpful guidebook with local recommendations. The staff was responsive and friendly when I had a question they replied quickly and resolved the issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to rent for family looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment. It felt like a home away from home and offered excellent value for the price.

I’ve lived here for about a year now and love this place. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The apartment is clean and the few times I’ve needed maintenance they’ve responded quickly and fixed the problem within a day. A walking trail and groceries are within a 5 minute drive, and a 24 hour gas station is right outside the complex.

Amazing experience for my first month. Really enjoyed living here. Everyone was super nice and respectful. Place was super clean and very neat. The move in process was relatively easy as well.

Been here going on my 4th year and have been treated very well. Staff and maintenance are awesome. I would like the breezeways, and elevator to be cleaner and the gym to have more equipment but other than that it great!

It’s been okay. We have roaches even though pest control has come. We’re very clean, clean daily and vacuum daily. I know it can be common with apartments. Haven’t seen one in awhile so they might have sprayed outside in the hallway. We have had stolen packages and managements refuses to acknowledge it’s an issue. I realize they’re not technically liable but just act like you care…. you can say “I’m so sorry that happened, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do” instead sent out a snarky email when i complained. Walls/ceilings are thin however that’s normal for apartments. Jazzmyn at front desk is probably the best part about the complex! She’s so nice and makes you feel at home. She helped us so much when we moved in, she recognizes us when we see her.

Everything has been amazing so far!! The leasing agents have always welcomed us with big smiles and have been amazing at answering any questions or concerns that we may have had. We’ve only been living here for almost a week and everything has been amazing except our fridge won’t get cold at all and we put a work order in for it do be fixed and they were supposed to come on monday to fix it but unfortunately they have not shown, so it is a little hard to cook and have groceries. Although other than that it has been great!!!

The leasing office has been so nice and helpful. The units are updated and nice inside. Maintenance requests are completed fairly fast and they are so nice.

I am new to this community but I am enjoying the beautiful view from my apartment and how peaceful and quiet my surroundings are. I had a few maintenance concerns and they were handled very professionally by Steve, a part of the maintenance crew. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable place to live.

Great community. Jazzmynn is great and always has a smile on her face. Appreciate her understanding and patience even when we don't fully deserve it. Apartments have VERY thin walls so be ready for a lot of noise from neighbors and nothing that can be done to prevent it. Either buy some good headphones to block out the noise, or live in a different community. Gates are also left open half the time, but overall it is very safe.

Maintenance took 3 weeks to be completed but the staff in the front are really welcoming. Also, I don't like that they don't have a strict policy about dog pooop disposal around the complex. Residents don't pickup their dog's waste.

Great place to live! Just moved to a larger sq ft 1 bedroom. Office staff is very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Clean, comfortable and overall nice apartment. Highly recommend!

Great staff and maintenance. Quiet community. Great location for major highways. Outside buildings and breezeways are not maintained well. 5 dollar parking fee for guests is ridiculous. Homelessness in the area is observed and they dig in our dumpsters.. sad. They don’t bother anyone.
