There is an outstanding view of the mountains! It is an extremely well managed apartment community. There is a wide open sky out our windows. The community areas are beautifully designed and welcoming.

So far everything has gone smoothly, moved in and haven’t had an issue yet. Very nice apartment and all the staff seem friendly. The complex is very well kept up with as well.

Everything is going exceptionally well! My neighbors are incredibly kind and friendly, often greeting me with warm smiles when we pass each other. Upland has a great staff team that is very welcoming and helpful, goes out of their way to ensure all questions are answered, and they are very friendly. The community is clean and safe, and in a great location with a lot of shops and restaurants just minutes away.
Everyone has been very respectful and understanding. All issues have been resolved quickly. When I had to move units due to a construction issue, management was very friendly and made it a very easy transition!
Very, very easy move in! Grabbed my keys, valet trash can and the sweet gifts as a new resident! It was a very easy move in and appreciate the team so much!
Just moved in and everything is nice the lay out the amenities for this being the first place I moved to im satisfied 5* and I would recommend to friends.
We love our place already. Everything is brand new which is awesome. Our apartment already feels like home. The view in the mornings/evenings are breath taking.
All steps from application to move in day and even after were very easy due to the staff. They were very helpful and respectful in many aspects.

I’m giving 4 stars because I really do love living here! The apartment view is beautiful, and I’m obsessed with the natural light and overall aesthetic of the community. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I really appreciate the spacious bathrooms and closets. The gym is great, and the pool is amazing—though I do wish there was an adult-only time, as it’s often overrun by kids. I’d also love to see a dog park added in the future. The only minor downside has been a few spider issues, but overall, this place feels like home.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had one little concern and it was handled within an hour and a half after I gave itto them. It was very simple and I really appreciate how they handled it. Also, there’s plenty of parking. everything is nice and clean.

Love the unit and community so far. It is very nice. Neighbors above me are noisy. You can here every step they take. Would love to have a list of community rules to know what is allowed and not allowed. I assume that will be coming soon since it is a relatively new complex.

10/10 I’ve loved her three weeks And im happy. Close to varsity Chick-fil-A and McDonald’s and Taco Bell. Walmart up the road. Acworth and Kennesaw and Marietta Woodstock local. Allatoona lake and 75 north and south. Safe neighborhood and very quiet and sound

Beautiful complex. Still currently in the process of building, but it’s a great location. Close to everything. The only thing we’ve noticed is a lot of people don’t pick up after their dogs. But there are plenty of provided pet waste bags. Other than that, we really enjoy it here!

We just got fully moved in yesterday. We really like the layout, and our dog, Salliegurl, seems to approve as well. The apartments are very nice and build properly. Great area close to town and friendly staff. I have zero complaints right now on anything! Move in process was super easy and quick. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
