Midvale Heights is a charming residential community lined with single-family homes and apartments for rent. Nestled just four miles southwest of Downtown Madison, home to the Wisconsin State Capitol, residents have easy access to big-city amenities. Midvale Heights provides proximity to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Arboretum, the Henry Vilas Zoo, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and local dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Although Midvale Heights sits so close to the heart of Madison, it has a rural feel with suburban streets. Midvale Heights sits just north of the Odana Hills Golf Course and Odana Hills Park. Residents are just minutes from West Towne Mall, Marcus Point Cinema, and the Military Ridge State Trail.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at University Park Commons
The real estate world can be very difficult for renters and buyers to navigate, especially when dealing with big companies. But even though University Park Commons is owned by a large Midwestern property firm, the staff on ground here in Madison could not be more knowledgeable and helpful. Danae, who we worked with when we began our inquiries, is an extremely busy woman, as she works to juggle tenants, contractors, deliveries, and the like. But as hectic as the office is, Danae always patiently answered our questions and helped us better understand the steps required to lease the apartment. This was a real contrast to what we experienced at several other Madison properties, where leasing staff would shove an application in our faces and shoo us out the door. Danae is a very good at what she does, and we are grateful to her for her advice and suggestions. Alex A. heads up leasing for the new buildings (the complex is still under construction), and he took over when we formally applied for an apartment. He too is exceptionally busy with the many tasks that come along with new construction. In spite of leading this busy operation, he too was very patient with us and our many questions. He has a real command of the complexities of leasing and real estate, and he happily shared his expertise as he guided us toward a successful rental. Whenever we spoke with him, we always felt we were speaking with a real human being, filled with genuine concern for future tenants. This combination of expertise and first-rate people skills is what executives look for when they search for staff to move up into senior management. I have no doubt that is where Alex and Danae are headed.
