We toured here and received excellent service and hospitality. The units were clean and nicely maintained. It’s quiet and the leasing office is onsite. Excellent time spent even if you just tour.

Was very happy to tour this location! It seems like a nice, quiet location and the apartments looked recently updated. Appliances look new or nearly new and the apartment was spacious.
I was treated very respectfully and I felt comfortable.
I move to University Lofts a few months ago and I absolutely love my one bedroom apartment. Staff is so friendly and professional they take good care of the property. Looking forward to be here for a while.

If I could give them zero stars I would! The property manager, Karrine, has the worst attitude ever. She is very rude and condescending. We used to have a manager that was awesome, her name was Jessica! Anytime there was an issue, Jessica was more than happy to help. This new manager makes it seem like it is a sin to ask her to do her job. STAY AWAY! There is mold in the apartment. You tell them and they just spray bleach. Roaches! Ugh, you have no idea what a nightmare this place is. Running away as soon as my lease is over! Tell everyone to be ware!
