I have really enjoyed living here so far! The amenities are nice and the communication is fantastic between residence and staff. It is pricey though
There a few things that bug me, all the sinks are not ideal, the three bedroom unit doesn’t come with a storage/utility closet to store cleaning items and such, and our couch was found to be already peeling from past residents.
Roommate pairing should have been better. I don’t remember when I applied if there was an option to say if I was a WSU student. If that is an option then you can pair us students together.

I love it here! The services and help from staff are unmatched. I always look forward to coming back to my apartment after class because these units are so enjoyable to be in. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!!

There's nice amenities, but also all the good things have downsides. The kitchen sink it too big and difficult to keep clean because of the faucet type. The showers have weird water pressure. The doors on the washer and dryers closet hit the dryer when opening and closing.

So far I really like it here. The rooms and apartment itself are tidy and simple, very worth trying if looking for a great experience! There is gym, a pool, and post office, very convientent!

Really spacious bathrooms and bedroom and decently sized living room. Kitchen has everything you need. Proper appliances like a new washing machine and dryer both LG as well as a decently sized microwave and tv.

UC did a terrible job of keeping common areas clean which impacted the entire vibe of the unit. The bad photos online of the dirty common areas are accurate and most of the time, it was dirtier.

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments are well-maintained, the neighborhood feels safe, and I’ve had good experiences with the office and maintenance teams. I’d easily give this place a 4 out of 5 stars. That said, the biggest issue by far is the parking — and it’s starting to wear on me. It’s consistently difficult to find a spot anywhere near my unit, especially in the evenings or on weekends. I often end up parking pretty far away, which isn’t ideal when I’m carrying groceries, working late, or just trying to get home and relax. For the most part, things are great here, but this one issue takes away from the overall experience. I really hope the team can look into possible solutions — whether it’s assigned spots, better monitoring, or some kind of system to prioritize closer parking for residents. If the parking gets improved, this would be an easy 5-star place to live.

The floors of the apartments are like sticky? Even after cleaning them the whole year. Other than that the apartment has been fine. The gym is nice.

It’s perfect here. Nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub is perfect to come back to have a long hard practice. The gym is pretty nice with lots of equipment.

It has been super good. The parking situation sucks. The fact that there in not enough parking spots and I am having to walk far at night from my car isn't the best. Also the no guest parking annoys me. There should be a designated space for guests so no one gets the sticker on their car that causes property damage in my opinion. Going to the front desk is very inconvenient everyday for a friend.

Generally solid. But I think the hot tub rules are a bit strict. 10:00pm is an early close. And when the doors lock immediately behind you, it makes it so that if you forget something, you’re stuck. Also, the door that leads inside being locked is a little silly, I bring my friends over to the hot tub and they have to take my keys and go all the way around.

I loved living here. Such a convenient location — quick walk to campus, gym, and Cougar Market. I loved the amenities provided. It was so nice to layout by the pool, be in the hot tub, and have access to a gym. The apartment itself was so nice and well furnished.

Generally good. The hallways are usually pretty dirty and sometimes the doors are unlocked for whatever reason. The maintenance people are prompt and super nice and so is the staff.

I love living at University Crossing. The apartments are super nice with full appliances in unit and your own room, bathroom, and walk in closet. As well as a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub, and indoor gym facility and study rooms.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve toured UC Crossing and interacted with the staff—and so far, I’m seriously impressed. The place is super clean, modern, and well-maintained. The units look spacious and come fully furnished, which is a huge bonus. I really liked the layout of the apartments and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The amenities like the pool, hot tub, and gym are a big plus, and everything looked well taken care of. The staff have been super friendly, professional, and quick to answer all my questions, which made the whole process smooth and easy. From what I’ve seen so far, UC Crossing seems like a solid, comfortable place to live and I’m really looking forward to moving in. If the living experience is anything like the first impression, it’s definitely going to be worth it.

Amenities are great and the price is not bad for what you get. The only issue is parking as there are rarely parking spots by my unit, leading me to have to park up to 5 minutes away.

Been good, since im in a new place, some of the furniture seems like it was selected cause it looks good at the cost of some poor functionality. but otherwise wonderful experience, great front desk people, great maintenance.

It's nice but the parking sucks. There should be a parking garage where the gravel lot is. It would be nice to have a path from back of the building to the front and the hot water tanks are weak u don't get more than a 10 min warm shower and the sink faucet sucks.
