University Crossing

Looking forward to moving in, great customer service when I called the front desk for help. I had some questions about the leasing options, which floorplan to choose and how to get matched with a roommate.

It’s perfect here. Nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub is perfect to come back to have a long hard practice. The gym is pretty nice with lots of equipment.

It has been super good. The parking situation sucks. The fact that there in not enough parking spots and I am having to walk far at night from my car isn't the best. Also the no guest parking annoys me. There should be a designated space for guests so no one gets the sticker on their car that causes property damage in my opinion. Going to the front desk is very inconvenient everyday for a friend.

Generally solid. But I think the hot tub rules are a bit strict. 10:00pm is an early close. And when the doors lock immediately behind you, it makes it so that if you forget something, you’re stuck. Also, the door that leads inside being locked is a little silly, I bring my friends over to the hot tub and they have to take my keys and go all the way around.

I loved living here. Such a convenient location — quick walk to campus, gym, and Cougar Market. I loved the amenities provided. It was so nice to layout by the pool, be in the hot tub, and have access to a gym. The apartment itself was so nice and well furnished.

The rent is way too high for what you get. The appliances are low quality and the sink is just dreadful. Positives are the distance to campus and the community

Generally good. The hallways are usually pretty dirty and sometimes the doors are unlocked for whatever reason. The maintenance people are prompt and super nice and so is the staff.

I love living at University Crossing. The apartments are super nice with full appliances in unit and your own room, bathroom, and walk in closet. As well as a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub, and indoor gym facility and study rooms.

Location is amazing, very close to campus, I walk there everyday. Office staff are welcoming and friendly. Amenities are very nice. The gym is well thought out and very nice.

Very good! They are very easy to communicate with. They are also nice and accommodating prior to moving in. So far, my experience is great!!!

Very great place to stay. Personally, I've had a great experience being here especially with the study rooms in the main building for exam season.

I would almost hope that I’d crash my car when driving back to avoid having to deal with the parking situation. Also looking like the interior was finished by high schoolers either way all the dings in the walls and trim that were painted over

I have a had a great experience at UC crossing. The location to campus is unbeatable. They do a great job at hosting fun events for the community and working with your individual needs as a resident.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve toured UC Crossing and interacted with the staff—and so far, I’m seriously impressed. The place is super clean, modern, and well-maintained. The units look spacious and come fully furnished, which is a huge bonus. I really liked the layout of the apartments and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The amenities like the pool, hot tub, and gym are a big plus, and everything looked well taken care of. The staff have been super friendly, professional, and quick to answer all my questions, which made the whole process smooth and easy. From what I’ve seen so far, UC Crossing seems like a solid, comfortable place to live and I’m really looking forward to moving in. If the living experience is anything like the first impression, it’s definitely going to be worth it.

Amenities are great and the price is not bad for what you get. The only issue is parking as there are rarely parking spots by my unit, leading me to have to park up to 5 minutes away.

Love the gym, good study rooms and nice coffee and pastries at the Knead Cafe & Patisserie. Am excited to see what other amenities will be opening up !

The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. I love my room and the community as a whole. Events and amenities hosted at the community complete the experience.

While there may be a few technical issues, the staff is wonderful and does what they can to help. The apartment is also spacious and clean, and in a great area.

Nice community for college students, parking is the only thing to complain about. Maintenance is good, staff are nice. Also nice having valet trash! Would recommend to other students

So close to campus. New and clean facilities. Parking is available. Friendly neighbors. Love the coffee shop and free coffee in lobby. Easy walk to campus and several stores to get quick groceries.

I love how the office staff is always willing to help out and lend a hand when needed. The units themselves are so clean and modern, and are honestly the best in the area for the price!

It’s so clean and i love how it reminds me of home. The kitchen and the gym are my favorite amenities to utilize. I knew when I got my tour that i needed to sign my lease right away.

In summary, University Crossing is a solid choice for those seeking a community-oriented environment, though it might require a little budgeting finesse to make it work comfortably.

Amazing. I absolutely loved being there. The community, all the amenities is amazing. I loved how even walking in makes me feel. I feel calm and that it is my resting place.

I love the location and how quiet it is. The leasing staff is extremely welcoming and the best part is the hot tub. I have lived here for around 9 months now and the closet is my favourite place in the complex.

I really like the location. It’s nice to be able to walk to the gym and walk to class. Apartments are very nice and have great amenities like the pool/hot tub.

I personally enjoyed my experience within my room and whenever I've went down to the front desk they've been very helpful and quick in resolving my issue.

Everything has gone smoothly so far. My only gripe is that there is no pantry, and a wardrobe in the walk-in would’ve also been nice. I love the coffee machine in the main office though!

University Crossing is a great place to live. The apartments are super nice and includes a ton of nice amenities like a pool, hot tub, and gym.

Been good, since im in a new place, some of the furniture seems like it was selected cause it looks good at the cost of some poor functionality. but otherwise wonderful experience, great front desk people, great maintenance.

So good! Love the community university crossing created. Such a great place to live and so close to the rec center which is a big win for me!

It's nice but the parking sucks. There should be a parking garage where the gravel lot is. It would be nice to have a path from back of the building to the front and the hot water tanks are weak u don't get more than a 10 min warm shower and the sink faucet sucks.

While I do like the building and amenities and most the staff is very nice they have a problem with parking there is never anywhere to park and they overcharge. Everything looks really nice but you can tell it’s all cheap

The staff is so friendly, and always do their best to help in any way they can. The gym has been very convenient and nice to have, as well as the outdoor pool area to hang out with friends. My issues mainly lie within my apartment. For one, my toilet seat has now detached on the same side multiple times. Also, my shower door continuously slams in and swings into the shower rather than stopping on the outside. I am also not fond of the sink spout being so close to the counter, and the sink itself barely able to fit larger dishes like pans (let alone for 2 people). Way too expensive for having so many issues.

University crossing has been a fun and decent place to live at. It’s definitely costly and money is needed for anything. Though your paying for what you get. The apartments are nice, clean, quiet. I overall enjoy my experience and living at the UC.

I have absolutely loved living at university crossing. The close walk to campus has made me schedule so much easier. I love the modern style housing. The office does a great job hosting events throughout the semester.

There are super sweet and beyond helpful people in the office. I had a few issues, and they were able to work with me to solve them. I am so grateful. Also, I love that Knead Cafe is right there, so I can grab a pastry before starting my day. The newer-looking apartments are so refreshing and clean compared to some other options in Pullman.

I’ve had a really great time so far here. Everything is maintained well and the staff is super kind. Works orders are resolved super fast as well which is awesome .

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, which makes cooking meals easy. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive and attentive to residents' needs. One of the best things is the peaceful, quiet environment, which is great for studying and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly, and there's a real sense of community here. I also enjoy the amenities like the gym and lounge area, which are perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, it’s a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place that’s perfect for student life and beyond.

Great place, love the amenities. My issue is that sometimes the trash people won’t pick it up and it’s just in the hallway. Or the bags will leak and the hallway smells like garbage. University has contacted me multiple times a day for a couple weeks now to renew my lease, this is very frustrating especially when they call me in class.

The rooms are very nice, and i like the amenities. my shower is a little lack luster but that's my only real complaint. other then that everything is pretty good.

I love my college apartment because it feels like home, especially since I can have my dog with me. Finding a place that accepts pets was a top priority, and it makes a huge difference in my daily life. Coming home to my dog after classes or study sessions helps me relax and feel more grounded. The apartment itself is comfortable and suits my lifestyle, but having my furry companion by my side makes it even better. The pet-friendly environment also means I've connected with other animal lovers in the community, which has been a bonus.

I personally really like my time over here and the staff is very helpful and friendly when having an issue or when asking a question. Along with that the commute to school isn't bad even when walking.

This is my first year in an apartment. UC has been amazing. The staff are both helpful and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I have had trouble getting my $1000 signing gift card, and utilities charges are not being posted, but other than that it has been great.

Having lived here for a few months, it has been an amazing experience overall. The staff is so incredibly nice all the time, and always helpful and on top of things. The amenities are nice, with the washer and dryer in unit, the pool/hot tub, and gym. There are few issues I have had with maintenance, and wish there was a confirmation after sending maintenance requests. There is also no communication regarding when they plan on coming to fix the problem. I also do not like the kitchen sink, as the faucet is too close to the edge of the sink and not in the middle, making it hard to wash dishes without spillage on the counter.

Super cute and spacious. Love living here! My favorite thing about it is it’s so close to the gym and it’s pretty close to the school. My walk to class is usually 20-25 minutes.
