Arrive Union Wharf

So far I love living here. There are only a few things that I would recommend to be changed: 1. the package room, the way it is now is a disaster. I came from an apartment complex that used Parcel lockers and that is preferred. But its been manageable so far. 2. The parking. I stay on a lower floor in the building and I can never find parking lower than floor 5. Its somewhat irritating. Aside from that, maintenance is great! The apartment is nice and the area feels safe and super cute! Love how accessible the promenade is to take walks. I really do love it here so far though.

Great move!! So far i am loving my new home!! The community is amazing and lots to do and explore! I would definitely recommend this apartment and area! 10/10

I’ve lived in this building for over a year now and recently renewed my lease. The amenities are amazing and it truly feels like living in a luxury hotel. Maintenance is always very friendly and quick. Our apartment is spacious and quiet (we only hear our upstairs neighbors periodically). I gave 4 stars because the office staff and concierge is not the most helpful or friendly at times.

I love it ! Feels like home. Best part: the people. Michelle’s always eager to help. The amenities are excellent and even when things go wrong they’re fixed instantly

I like the pool in the summer and the location next to the water is great. Also, the parking is quite useful. Maintenance is attentive and responsive.

Do not move here. This building is under new management and they are very unprofessional. I have loved living here and love my apartment, which is very sad. A lot of people who also have lived here for years are leaving due to the new management. If anything goes wrong, do not expect them to help. They do not care about their residents and flat out told one person that they are "here to make money" after charging them incorrectly. My package was stolen and I was told that the cameras in the package room do not work and that "people have been going through their renters insurance or shipping carriers for a refund." While in the same breath the manager wants to say that there is no theft going on and that it is from dishonest delivery workers. These delivery workers are the same people who have been providing our service for years, so that is ridiculous. No accountability and no customer service.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Arrive Union Wharf is a great place to live. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience here. Great community. Beautiful neighborhood.

I just moved to the building and had a fantastic welcome to the community. The management and leasing team have been fantastic. The building is always clean and beautifully kept!

The building is kept up well and I appreciate the effort to keep the community looking nice! The new landscaping and painting of the hallways has been much appreciated.

I like that amenities are actively being updated such as the package delivery area and the pool area. Maintenance services are much more attentive and responsive too.

It is like living a 5 star hotel ! Everything is clean and the staff is super freindly and professional. The gym is perfect for a early morning or late night workout without leaving the building.

Love the apartment, maintenance is always timely and friendly. I enjoy the community events they hold for holidays and engagement. The only downside is that there is a bit of disorganization and delay on the property management side of things. I am sure once they overcome the difficulties of transitioning, they will be able to better serve their tenants.

All great do far! The neighbourhood is lovely a the amenities are superb. Definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to live in a happy place

It’s been great living here, at Union Wharf. Great, clean facilities, friendly management team, responsive maintenance, and a pet friendly community!

Well maintained and friendly staff. Good communication regarding events or things happening (like elevator down for a few hours for maintenance).

The building is nice and has a nice vibe. However, it is not luxury. The finishes in the apartments are not the highest quality and not luxury by any stretch of the imagination. That said, it is nice, clean and a great location. The new management company also has odd policies that make living here a little more difficult than necessary.

I love Union Warf! Everything is no hassle, I don’t have to worry about how or what is happening at home because someone will take care of it for me, this way I can focus on other tasks. Lovely space, very cozy, feels like I’m on vacation every day!

The staff are so friendly. The amenities are clean. The neighborhood is lovely. Parking is convenient and safe. My apartment is quiet and peaceful.

Overall positive experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the building is clean, noise is at a minimum. There has been some issues with packages being lost in the past, but that seems to have been rectified.

I’ve lived here about 6 months and I really like. It’s quiet even being close to bars and clubs. The staff is super friendly whenever I need something they are all super helpful and willing to help.

Spacious apartment in the heart of fells point. The building is quiet and steps away from the water, music, great restaurants, and activities. Options abound whatever your mood. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Just minutes from downtown and the highway to your favorite destination.

I lived here for 2 years and loved every day! A great location, great building and amenities from concierge services for packages and any repairs to a great gym and pool!

The pool is great during the summer. The restaurant next door brings drinks and food. Fun place to hang out with friends and family or work from during the day.

This space, location, amenities are GREAT! I love it! The staff has been super nice and helpful. My move-in went really well even when Judy had to help pick up the pieces left by a sales team that was in transition.

I love it here at union wharf . It feels like living at a luxury hotel on the water .The maintenance team is super as well as the rest of the staff here . Miss Judy who works weekends can not be more friendly and helpful

Beautiful spaces, I love the high ceilings in the apartments and the helpful staff. Everyone has been incredibly eager to assist as we went through moving.

We just moved in and the staff was super helpful throughout the entire process. The building is clean, always smells good, and in a perfect location to fells point.

This apartment building does not have proper security cameras anywhere. Their tenant parking garage is open to the public. There are at least 2-3 car break ins per year. In the past week, there have been almost 10 packages stolen. The safety of tenants and their valuable items are not protected. There has been so much turnover in security guards. Higher management does not care for the well-being of their tenants or their property because nothing has changed since I’ve been here. I do not feel safe at this place anymore.

We love living here. Great location and very respectful neighbors. Security is a tad bit of a concern, and is something I’ve brought up in the past, but it’s not a constant issue. All in all, a great place to live

Pool during summer is great. Love the community around that. And being able to order drinks from Chilango's for delivery at the pool is an added bonus.

Great office staff (which makes all the difference in a rental): welcoming, responsive, extremely helpful. Kameron is wonderful. Upon move in some work needed to be done on appliances, the office staff helped me schedule a maintenance call immediately. Location and quality are great, but the real differentiator in my opinion are the people.

Overall, great location and amenities. I wish there were more garage access points for convenience. The space is beautiful and the views are amazing.

When we first moved in, it was not clear that the parking garage was not a private garage. On the website, the Union Wharf advertises the parking garage as private, which is misleading. Additionally, there have been several accounts where the valets from the Pendry drive several cars into the resident only spots using a fob that they have to get into our parking. When we moved into our apartment, it was not as clean as we would’ve liked, and our appliances were not all in working order. There are a couple of people who work the front desk who are great, but recently, there have been many who do not know how to get packages for residents.

Beautiful location on the water in a great walkable neighborhood with many bars, restaurants, shops, and gyms. The apartments are amazing, with walk-in closets and kitchen islands.

Kameron in the leasing office has been so incredibly kind and helpful! She was always answered any questions with lightning speed. My fridge needed to be fixed and it was done within minutes. This has been one of the best moving experiences of my life! And the property is stunning.

Very clean building. The staff is great (maintenance and leasing office). Location is great. Package service is very convenient. The gym could use some updating.

Great amenities, neighborhood and staff. The cleaning of common areas is frequent and thorough. Just signed up for another year. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Great apartment building, all the nice amenities, and a great staff. The only issue is the broken main elevator, there are two elevators in the entrance, and one has been out of service for apparently a year now.

So far everything has been awesome! The staff is so helpful and the amenities are so nice. Love my unit and the location can't be beat! Great experience so far :)

The pool is great and being near the water is a great perk. Close access to restaurants and bars is another nice perk. The theater room is fun if it's not being used by someone else!

Great apartment complex, and even better now that the pool is open. Best part is the location and proximity to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops in Fells.
