Rude, intrusive management. Constant plumbing backups into multiple apartments for years.

Staff is great! Most neighbors are amazing. The walls are thin, the floors creak, the hallways echo, and I can hear my neighbors sneeze or cough. You can hear people talking in their apartment from hallway or in the room near them. We are currently in the middle of a creaky stomping neighbor above and a have to listen to everything so loud our shelves shake from the bass and noise of whatever they watch or listen to.

The staff is amazing they really try to make sure you get the apartment that you want very clean and nice homey feeling

I moved in a few weeks ago after having to find a place to live for my son and myself last minute (long story). Any who Vida was an answered prayer! She was kind and very helpful. But most important she was able to get us into a nice place quick! Genea (the property manager) also approved me moving in earlier! Shoutout to them!!! Every morning while leaving for work I see the guys working to keep the property clean. Needless to say, I am very happy! Oh and my son loves the cookies from the office too!

Most positive reviews are from a period of time when Linda was working here, but management is a revolving door and Linda was very much an outlier due to being a very competent and caring worker. The current staff is completely and utterly inept. They refuse to communicate with you in any way, you will not get a response from them unless you visit the office in person. Serious issues are completely ignored. I haven't been able to sleep through the night in over a month due to a malfunctioning heating system causing a water hammer and they refuse to address the issue. Maintenance says they don't know how to fix it and management refuses to hire a contractor. Absolute hellhole full of incompetent staff who refuse to do their jobs or even communicate with their residents.

I have more than enjoyed my residency at Union Grove. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is reliable. My apartment is spacious and I love my washer dryer! Ask for Linda, she rocks!

I moved to union grove last December. The staff I've interacted with from the head office as well as maintenance were a pleasure. Everyone living in the area was very nice and made the atmosphere feel like home. Lastly I'd like to give special kudos to Linda from the main office for being extremely understanding, personable , and professional throughout stay.

I moved in to Union Grove Apartments in 2019 and I have to say that it has by far been the best apartment living experience. I have lived in Atlanta, Miami, and rented in both states and nothing compares to my experience here. Frankie and Jackie were amazing in making sure I got everything I needed and all my issues were resolved. Linda stepped in when the Management changed and it was seamless. The service was still impeccable. I truly loved my apartment. I do wish the outside of the building was more appealing but overall I loved it here. Sad to leave but excited for new beginnings!

I moved into Union Grove apartments about 2 months ago and so far I’m very happy overall. I’ve had no issues with neighbors or anything of that nature. Linda who works in the front office is wonderful.

This property is so amazing! wonderful amenities, great response time for maintenance, in-office staff is fabulous! Union Grove is a great place to live!

Noisy neighbors, ceiling banging, thin walls, solicitors, dog howls, lack of safety and security, locked doors aren’t always locked, late night partying next door neighbors, wiring and cords for tv/internet were hidden prior to move in, ongoing apartment repairs, issues reported but still continue, cracks, leaking, and insects/ roaches infestation, dog poop left on the ground. List goes on.

Frankie and Jasmine in the office are phenomenal! Very easy to talk to and great response. We were in our previous home for 10 years and we had to move. We also downsized. A 2 bedroom was going to be available March 1st. We immediately put the deposit down to get the apartment. The building we're in is quiet and very pleasant. Had an issue with the cable trying to be installed and I spoke to Frankie and it was handled very professional and in a timely manner. She helped me reach the neighbor so the cable could be run through her apartment into ours. The apartment is very clean and all new carpet, paint, and appliances! I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the office. They work with you and they want you to be happy and enjoy living here. They actually care about their tenants and making sure they love it here!! Highly highly recommend these apartments if you're looking to move into one!!

They can make the exterior of these look good but at the end of the day, they are crap. All types of bugs, mice in walls, leaks. Never get hot water, have to start my shower 5 minutes before I get in and I don’t even turn the cold on. Sinks/ tub clog. My building/apartment constantly stinks of weed. New management team has definitely done a better job and making the place look better but they definitely are not worth the money.

Renting these apartments is really one of the best decision I made in early 2020. The management staff is so humble and polite. To rent these apartments, there was only my daughter available in this city so all responsibility was on her shoulders but she was so relaxed because the staff really made it very easy for her. She was really happy during renting this apartments. Also their maintenance service is excellent as they were available any time. Even the environment is so relaxing. This apartments are really worth renting.

Union Grove is complete satisfaction when it comes to having that at home feel. They have a Very modern style to the apartments that make you feel as though you are getting your money's worth. There are workers on deck 24/7 so service is excellent. Highly recommend Union Grove to anyone looking for an apartment.

So I have had a leak in my bathroom ceiling for 8 years, they patch it but dont fix it. They came out a month ago to "fix it" and theres an excessive amount of water coming from the leak that's now a gaping hole in my ceiling. They know of this problem but dont fix it. They're too busy trying to flip apartments to make it new and exciting for new renters. I'm sorry but I'm not happy about a rent increase when they cant even fix a leak in my ceiling! I wish I could add pictures!!!

I was moving out of my apartment and I saw mold on the wall near the window and where my bed was at. It wasn't there when I moved. I have a dog that stays in my room and we both have been exposed to this! I was wondering why it was hard to breathe, I had an itchy throat and my eyes were watery. Its safe to say I'm glad I moved out! DISCLAIMER: There is new management there, hopefully it's better than what they other management did.

I recently moved in 2 weeks ago, I had some issues with the move in at first a bit of some miscommunications... I am so happy with my new place to call home. ALL STAFF MEMBERS from Frankie and Mary in the front office to all the maintenance men and manager Abe are all great.....Any issues I originally had were taking care of. I had a few maintenance issues this morning and they were all right on it, and fixed all the problems to my needs....I would definitely recommend Union Grove Apartments/Homes to anyone who is looking for a very very friendly staff and know how to take care of their tenants... Am very happy with the new MGMT. They have opened a dog park and BBQ area, they are pleasant, professional, and helpful. They just celebrated their new start with an outdoor party for the residents! The maintenance staff are super nice. I recently renewed my lease and and looking forward to a new year!

I have to say I am nothing short of 100%impressed by the new Management at Union Grove. I stopped in today to sign my lease and the lovely ladies answered all my questions that I posed to previous Management for months. These folks are extremely pleasant and willing to help! I am was assured that there any many much needed improvements taking place on the grounds&units. I am quite pleased to finally have Management listen to the tenants and take action. I am nothing short of grateful with my first experience with the new Management Team. They went the extra mile and encouraged me to come back and view the upgrades that are taking place in the units and managed to upgrade me to a 2 bedroom w/a den in a matter of minutes. I previously made this request to old Managment and my continuous requests went ignored. This kind of service keeps good tenants! THANK YOU for such a pleasant first time experience ladies!!!!

FROM MARRIAGE IN 1967 UNTIL REACHING 48 YEARS IN 2015, MY FAMILY HAS LIVED AT THIS LOCATION. FIRST WE WERE THE CONCORD ARMS, THEN GREENVILLE GARDENS AND FINALLY THE WILLOWS AT BARRINGTON. ALL 13 BUILDINGS WERE BEING BUILT DURING THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION. OUR LOCATION GAVE US EASY ACCESS TO 295, EXIT 3 AND THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE, NOT TO MENTION THE PATCO HIGH SPEED LINE. OWNERS & STAFF HAVE CHANGED AND PEOPLE HAVE MOVED IN FOR DIFFERENT REASON AND MOVED OUT AS FAMILY DYNAMICS HAVE CHANGED. AS FOR US i WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE HIRED AND WORK FOR GREENVILLE GARDENS AND THE WILLOWS UNTIL RETIRING IN 2012. AND GUESS WHAT....WE STILL LIVE HERE AND CALL THE WILLOWS HOME!

Love it here quiet neighborhood and leasing agents are awesome. Price is high but its worth the space.

Sometimes in life you are given an opportunity to meet great people through friends, family , etc. In this case, I found a home within an apartment community of great people. I have never met with so many smiles and great energy. The complex is great, the apartments are comfortable and affordable. The staff is very sweet and they take out the time to adhere to your needs in a timely fashion. These apartments are located in a great school district,with loads of local businesses to chose from. If you want to workout or are looking for a daycare close to home, there is a fitness center within walking distance of the apartments, as well as a daycare center next door. This is a great place to live. I've enjoyed many of days in the pool, the lifeguards are amazing and friendly. If you are looking for a great place to live that's only minutes from great fast food restaurants, movie theaters, etc. This is the place for you. I truly enjoy living here.

This is my first apartment. I have the 1 bedroom and I love it. The rent is affordable and The Willows is loacted between the White and Black horse pike. Close to 295, the Deptford and Cherry Hill malls are close. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't, just don't. Not only are the buildings barely maintained.. They have residents that actively seek to make life miserable. The main doors don't lock, the ceilings bow, the parking sucks, the appliances are junk, the staff is unfriendly, and the residents are jerks. Stay away... You're welcome.

The complex is in a good location.The place has a lot of features including a dishwasher,washer ann dryer and a pool.It also has an onsite maintenenceand exterminator.The apartment also has large bedrooms and a nice bathroom.The complex is close to major roads and shopping centers.
