My experience here has been mixed, I enjoy the amenities of the complex and the overall space and natural light in my apartment, however it's clear that my apartment specifically needed some renovations. The sink as well as almost everything else is painted over with more than one coat of paint, the window is slightly busted, the AC unit downstairs is old and intrusive, the bathtub is dirty, not sealed correctly, and has visible damage to it in some areas. Overall I believe I was given an apartment that is lower quality than what was shown to me during my tour. I hope in the future for other potential residents that these issues can be addressed with the proper care they deserve. I don't hold any ill will on management as maintaining hundreds of apartments is very logistically challenging, and I believe that there is potential for perpetual improvement as an apartment complex.

This is by far the most unprofessionally managed community I’ve ever lived in. They may seem very nice on the outside, but once they get you, you’ll realize how frustrating it is dealing with the cardboard staff that they have here.

It has its pros. Like affordable rent. Its close to where I work. Its usually quiet except for a few kids here and there. Maintance is usually quick. But for over a year now, since December 6th 2023 there has been a spot that I've brought to their attention several times that leaks and has mold on the ceiling above my shower. It leaks on the daily from.the upstairs neighbor and I have been told more.than once that as long as the shower still.works they arent to worrked about it.

I’ve been living at Union 505 for a few months and I love that it’s in the heart of the city yet off the main road so we don’t get a lot of homeless or people that don’t belong here on the property. Overall, I have had a good experience living here until these last few weeks. The main issue was getting upper management to pay for the deep treatments for the pest control. Other than this issue, the floor plans are good, I like the parking, I like how they updated the laundry room and the packages pick up. They recently painted the apartments and they look very modern as well. Like I said, the appliances work okay but they are older.

Cockroaches everywhere

Do yourself a favor and find a different apartment. This one is infested with cockroaches and completely not safe. We would hear shootings all the time and someone was even shot in the parking lot while we were living there management doesn’t care they just want your money and to charge you for extra things.

The grounds are beautiful, the new paint color scheme is very modern and eye catching. This definitely improved the overall look of the entire complex. The leasing office staff are quite friendly and professional. The rent pricing is comparable to many places around the Albuquerque area. The laundry room is always dirty and the machines are a hit-and-miss as to whether or not you are going to get a clean one that actually works. Getting new machines is going to be a huge improvement for the complex! I do wish the flags coming into the property would be replaced, especially the US and NM flags that are tattered and sun faded. Overall, this is a great community to live in!

My carpet is real bad from the day I moved in ,I've had my back window to my car busted $300 it cost,also someone hit my car, the laundry is a mess half the washers and dryers are broken, there is homeless people walking around at all times of the day and night, I pay my rent on time every month now along with all the parties that go on every night it's just to much so I'm sure I'm not the only one not happy at all

When I first moved to Union 505 the front gate didn’t work until my 2year here, water pipes continuously needs fixing therefore water being shut off in am till late evening, security is poor here a lot of violence happens late at night. On the other hand beautiful place new renovations are in the works as I type this review (finally), we have to pay $20 gas that we don’t use in gym I mean if u gonna charge us more at least have the stuff working top shape

Good experience with the actual staff, maintenance, and front desk. Unfortunately neighbors have been awful at times, not a reflection of the complex management itself though, they are always helpful with any issue or concerns and take them seriously and take any action they legally can. One big complaint is it is advertised as a gated community but the gates never seem to be closed and I've come across non resident homeless individuals and dangerous people (vile verbiage, drug paraphernalia, drunks etc.) Due to the fact that the gates are not secured with out resident card/code at all time. As a mother that bothers me as I only chose this residence over another for that falsely guaranteed safety
