Property Ratings at Tyner Ranch Townhomes
When reading the reviews I seen soo many negative and should have never applied at this property. I thought this can’t be true Laura the manager seemed so nice... yeah it was until you give them the first months rent and deposit a total of $1960! That everything changes. I put down the money on November 14, 2019 they said they did have units available and it would be sometime in middle of December. Well December came and went and nothing. They don’t call you, YOU have to call them every Friday to see if they have any units available. So I did that and Janet the assistant is the most rude and unprofessional person you will ever have to deal with!! After waiting 2 months I finally decided to withdraw my application on January 24,2020!!! Took them until February 7,2020 to give me back my money. Soo much time wasted waiting on a unit to be available. They just give you the run around! I don’t even think it’s legal to make you out down a deposit and not have any units available. Beware of this company the management is horrible!! I know there is many more people with this bad experience! Trust me when I say I should’ve listened to the reviews and never applied and wasted my money here. ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
