Tylia Apartments

I have lived here since 2008. I have enjoyed it and it is my favorite place to be. I feel very safe here. The buildings are kept very clean and the residences are quiet. I personally feel this is where I intend to stay. The area is wonderful with shopping close in all directions. I have enjoyed my home. The building is kept very clean

I move in on Saturday but have already had a great experience. The process to sign the lease was smooth and I was provided with a lot of great information. I was able to set up a time to receive my keys on my actual move in day even though I was not able to move in on that exact day. I was provided with a walk through and I am very happy with my unit and the community in general. Cannot wait for move in on Saturday to really experience life in my community!

Lived here for two years and its been pretty solid. Everytime we've had a maintenance issue they've gotten to it pretty quick. Pool got fixed this year.

Love living at Tylia!! The staff is great, issues are resolved quickly, awesome location, and the complex is kept clean and well maintained.

I've been very pleased with Tylia Apts since I moved in last Aug. They keep the bldg clean and their maintenance team is awesome and when I place a request they always take care of it right away.

The Tylia staff are really friendly and quick to respond. The apartment building is generally clean and the staff do a great job with cleaning the laundry rooms. I’m providing 4 stars, rather than 5, because our heat has gone out MANY times in our two years living here. There also isn’t much for outdoor amenities. The pool was broken last summer and there’s no playground or court for kids to play. There are certainly better apartments for lower prices.

Great area, great staff. Walls a bit thin & can get noisy with neighbors. Package delivery system has improved significantly since last year

Clean quiet spacious! Only thing I wasnt expecting was no microwave ! Totally didn't even realize it was missing. But closet space is nice and building is quiet.

We love living at the Tylia. The office personnel are always very helpful and friendly. We have not needed many things fixed but every time the things we requested were done almost immediately. The building and grounds are kept very clean. We could not be happier living here and plan on being here for many years to come. We also love the decorating contests over the holidays!

I like living here. The staff is great. The maintenance is good about getting to you in a timely manner. Very nice people. They have community events for the residents. Great overall.

Honestly a great experience, only gripe I have is that while living here the pool was never accessible as it was constantly under construction

Lauren and the rest of the staff are awesome!!! They are super attentive personable and addressed any questions or concerns. Move in was pretty seamless. Been super great so far!

Loving living at Tylia! One of the best kept apartment complexes I’ve lived at and any issues are addressed and fixed so fast. The location is great and so close to everything.

The apartment is spacious and updated. The gym has great equipment. The neighborhood is nice and has good food options nearby. Any maintenance requests are quickly resolved and the management team are quick to respond to any inquiries.

Very quiet and peaceful neighbors are friendly community is clean and well kept I would recommend Tulsa to friend’s family and coworkers underground parking is a bonus

We absolutely love living at Tylia apartments. The location is near great shopping locations. We also love that the staff from the leasing office and the maintenance department are always so welcoming. My neighbor is amazing . I love how it feels like home. Also love that it’s a smoke free building as well as Pet friendly.

We have had some issues with the bathrooms, other than that everything works good. I also would have given this a 5 out of 5 stars if we didn't have to pay for utilities. Other than that it is good

Very good apartment complex with a good staff. The apartments are large with walkin closets, high ceilings etc. New aparments built today do not have the same feeling.

Love it here. Nice and clean and very calm. Good neighborhood nice neighbors. Staff is very helpful and nice. Would recommend to friends and family.

We have loved living at the Tylia so far. Our move in went very smooth. We were kept well informed and received all the information we needed to make our move as pain free as possible. We are loving the decorating contests and how the complex does community events, we are very much looking forward to getting to know our neighbors.

First night here and already love it! So clean and modern. Great amenities and close to everything. Lauren was absolutely fantastic helping us find our new home!

I have been VERY impressed with everything at Tylia Apts! They have been very accommodating from day 1, and if I have a maintenance issue they are quick to respond.

5 months in the Tylia's so far so good!! I truly enjoy my beautiful home. My neighbors are respectful and kind. The property managers and maintenance team is amazing! I love it here!

The apartment is updated and very spacious. The office team and maintenance are always quick to solve any issues and are great about reaching out to the community!

Very Friendly and helpful!! Very nice place. Very clean. Love the atmosphere. They have rolling carts in the garage, definitely helped me with my move. Beautiful area! Very happy to be here!

So far I have had zero complains. I absolutely love it here. It is so clean, I have more than enough room in our apartment, and I love the area.

Only been here a couple of days, but so far it has been great here! Words cannot describe how much I enjoy the quietness of the area/complex (as compared to my last place) as I have been able to get back-to-back uninterrupted sleep. Let's hope that continues!

So far, everything has been great. Move-in was super easy and the staff has been wonderful. I had a few items that needed to be fixed and maintenance responded quickly and got everything fixed.

We are loving the apartment grounds as they are pretty and well kept. We like the neighborhood as well. The people we have met are friendly and nice!

It’s very quiet, I’ve talked to the neighbors and we are all happy with the sound/noise. Everyone is super friendly for the most part. Staff is responsive and always super helpful.

Everything about the process was quick and easy! The showing, application and move in! Lauren was absolutely amazing and was available to answer all my questions thoroughly!

I enjoy being a resident so far. We haven't been here long, but so far so good! The people are nice and the property is gorgeous which is what we can enjoy and be proud of I'm sure. Of course there's room for improvement but overall, it's a great place to call home.

We love living at Tylia ! It’s kid and pet ! All the neighbors are so friendly. The office personal are always greeting us with a smile and are there to answer questions.

Very good so far! Great views and big area as far as living space. Make sure to bring your pets here as hearing neighbors cats meowing is always fun while walking down halls with food

The apartment itself is really pleasant, haven't had any major issues with appliances and etc. Had an issue with the heat but they were very prompt with maintenance which I was REALLY grateful for. The hallway smells a little funny sometimes but in the grand scheme of things that's a pretty minor thing.

This has been a warm place to live, very clean and Best complex in the area management is respectful and maintenance is always doing their job.

Lovely place to live, nice neighborhood the Management are on point they always handle any issues on time, also do follow-up call to make sure you are set.

Everyone has been very nice, and helpful. They keep the apartment building super clean, and neat. It’s a very quiet building as far as the other tenants go. The apartments are very big for one bedrooms!

Very good team very well-kept apartments. Very nice to live in love the staff love the apartments advice, so nice it is a very great place to live and very affordable.

Staff were super helpful, maintenance on issues we noticed upon move in was completed very quickly and it's a great neighborhood. Very close to many wonderful places. Also, side note, we forgot to bring a money order and they still allowed us to move in and pay a few days later! Fantastic staff!
