Two West Delaware

We have just moved to 2 West. There are many, many places to live in Chicago. We chose to live in Two West and have just moved in. We have a beautiful apartment and love "extras" like the your great gym and the swimming pool and area near it. There is no need to say more.

The apartments are very small with limited storage.

Maintenance Team A It's hard to get better or more attentive than the maintenance team at two West delaware! They never disappoint and are always so friendly! Kudos to the entire team.

Everyone was professional and timely. The big difference compared to the last five times we have placed a request to fix our refrigerator is this time it seems to be fixed.

Nice building - move-in was a little messy as we did not receive a fob right away and the apartment had some minor issues. Other than that, love it so far!

We're a recent move in and initial impressions include 1) unit continues to overall meet expectations 2) repairs are needed and uncertain how simple, quick 3) most staff are overly communicative and seems to be trying hard.

Building has gone significantly downhill. 2 W Delaware has been fo sale since the fall 2023. The owners have decided to put the least amount of maintenance investment possible so things are literally falling apart. We have not have a functioning garage door or lobby entry door for 7 months. The other night ALL the elevators were down. I have heard from former maintenance engineers that we don’t adequately keep up with elevator maintenance. Scary. Also, they used to clean our windows 2x a year. Hasn’t happened in a year and I bet they skip spring cleaning. Mean while, they keep increasing the rents for people that live here and offering deals that are 20% lower to new renters. I can just hope new owners are better.

Wonderful residence, with excellent management and a first rate front desk. Lobby and workout rooms are also great. We love living in this location too!

Amazing leasing process and friendly helpful service. The building is incredibly well maintained and modern. I really appreciate the apartment finishes and quality.

It’s hard to imagine a more ineptly managed building — Bozzuto has definitely dropped the ball at Two West! Let’s just start with the malfunctioning, broken and missing doorS (that’s right, there are MULTIPLE door issues that haven’t been fixed in MONTHS): 1. The garage door has been inoperable for over 6 months; 2. The main lobby door doesn’t close properly, leaving easy access whenever the concierge is away from the front desk and, thus, creating a serious security risk; 3. The shower door — as well as the entire bathroom — have been under construction and unusable for 2 months with no end in sight, leaving us to live amidst broken shower door glass and layers of dust… Despite all the above issues and others, Bozzuto management has been unresponsive. They repeatedly promise to get back to us but never do. Crickets is all we hear while they continue to collect rent for services and a product they have not and continue to refuse to deliver… We are at our wits end!

The staff have been incredibly sweet and helpful at different times. The building as a whole has been goo to navigate the move-in and the folks here are fairly good to eachother! We are enjoying these early experiences at 2 West!

We couldn’t be happier to be at Two West. The quality of the building construction, the neighborhood and the overall feel is exactly what we were looking for. The leasing manager, Austin, was professional and attentive and the staff in every department has been welcoming. There were small hiccups (to be expected) but Austin and the maintenance staff were on it immediately. We’re happy with our choice and look to be here for a while.

Staff is always pleasant, helpful and very professional. Maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner and with the utmost of care.

My husband and I have been at 2 West for a year and a half and couldn’t be happier. The staff goes above and beyond to make this luxury rental run like it’s a 5 star hotel. Also, this location is absolutely the BEST!!

I have really enjoyed living in 2 West. The apartment has wonderful finishes. I especially love the concierges! They have been so helpful! Special shout out to Annisa who is always smiling & helping me get acclimated & settled. Also Courtney who for the r first few days when I was having trouble w/the garage. He was so patient & helpful.

It has been an absolute pleasure living at Two West. The building is very well maintained and the door staff is just absolutely top notch! Janette, Courtney, Cintia, Edward, Anesa, and Jacar make this place super special and make us feel welcome every time we walk through the door! Thankful for the team here that keeps our surroundings so clean! Also SHOUTOUT to the entire MAINTENANCE TEAM, they truly go above and beyond and are so quick with responding to maintenance requests, I’m sure they’re the best in the city! We really feel taken care of living here!

The doorman can see people struggling with groceries, dogs, luggage and children and yet continue to just sit in their chair and make no effort to help with the door. Twice I was leaving for a flight, only one in the lobby struggling with my luggage and yet the doorman just sat and watched. Finally, my airport driver came into the lobby and asked the doorman to please open the door and help me. My hallway has only been cleaned twice in the year I have lived at 2 West and the windows have never been cleaned. They are filthy! The sidewalks in front of the building are crumbling and dangerous. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. We are charged $300/month for services that do not exist. I have friends that have lived at 2 West when their condo was under construction and they say the quality of life had declined over the past 5 years.

Fantastic! Great amenities, fantastic concierge, and really clean. I would recommend friends here. The move in process was smooth with the loading dock access, packages are always safe, each apartment is built high quality so you can’t hear others. And in the heart of Gold Coast!

We love everything about 2 West. Entering the building gives you a happy feeling. It is always very clean and the staff is so welcoming. The amenities floor is amazing. Maintenance staff is always available and quickly resolved any issues. Office staff are very friendly and always engaging. It is the way you should feel when you come home.

All the staff here is so friendly that it just reconfirms this place always feels like home whenever we are entering or exiting the building. Love the resident gatherings that Two West offers, hope to see more in the near future as it brings opportunity to meet your neighbors in a warm, inviting setting:)

Wonderful place to live with attentive staff and excellent management. Also excellent response time to maintenance requests, and the work is always well done.

The leasing team was great to work with upon move in. Edward and Danae have been easy to communicate with and so helpful with everything. Also, the building has been amazing, everyone has been so nice and the staff is always making sure to help us with anything we need.

The staff is so incredible! Everyone is beyond helpful and accommodating while moving in, as well as every day. What a wonderful place to call home.

Every single staff member has gone above and beyond. Best front door and maintenance staff in the city! The finishes on the apartment are incredible. And the walls are thick and glass is pretty sound proof. I’ve never heard my neighbors.

My experience so far has been nothing but amazing. The staff is outsanding, maintenance is always available. I couldn't be happier about my choice.

The entire Two West team is so amazing that we had to sign on for another year lease, actually we did the 15month lease! Our family who has come in town to visit keeps telling us how lucky we are to be in this building and how amazing the staff all are. It's just an overall great feeling living here. We feel very well taken care of here and love to call this place our home.

We love everything about this building. Facilities are fantastic-the workout area, community area and especially the pool deck. Always clean and inviting. The staff have monthly activities to engage the residents. Last week was a wine and painting event. So fun. SW

Building is beautiful but maintenance of the building is not what it used to be. It is the best location in Gold Coast and other residents are so nice. Also feels private. Overall good experience

From the front door staff Cynthia, Anesa, Jeanette, Courtney (to name a few) to the Maintenance Crew, cleaning staff and Management. Everyone is phenomenal at what they do and so sweet and kind, and I would give everyone 10 stars if I could. I have lived at several different buildings in Chicago and the service level at Two West is simply impeccable. Thank you everyone and don't be mad if I didn't name everyone, I don't have enough characters :)

They go above and beyond for us. Anesa their newest staff member is wonderful!

I've lived at Two West for the last 2 years and I can confidently say this is the best luxury apartment building in Chicago. - The building was originally constructed as condos before being converted in rentals so the unit sizes are nearly double the size of other rentals in the City (the extra space is clutch especially given our furniture was to large to fit comfortably in other apartments we saw in the City). - All the units have either Viking, Wolf, or Sub-Zero appliances. And the building has a fiber connection so the internet speeds are crazy fast (perfect for work from home). - Almost all the units have Balconies (which was a huge + for us coming from NY) - There is a full spa, salon, and massage room IN THE BUILDING as well as a 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, pool and hot tub! - The parking garage is heated/temperature controlled (I can't even begin to describe how nice this is, especially during Chicago's winters) and each resident gets a designated parking spot (so you don't have to remember where you parked or look for parking) And finally, the management team (Marissa, Steven, and Edward) are incredible. I cannot recommend Two West highly enough!

We enjoy living in the building and neighborhood. The entire staff is so welcoming and courteous; it's a pleasure coming in and going out through the front doors. The amenities and events are fun; all together it's a great package.

You guys are doing fabulous!! Everyone at Two West goes above and beyond making this luxury rental an amazing place to call home. A couple things that would be great to address would be the lobby carpet that is very stained, desperately needs replacing. Also, many of the outdoor lounge chairs need some maintenance , specifically the backs are broken.

Superb timing and work style. I am very happy with this company and yes the team. will use it again.
