Property Ratings at Twenty-Fourth Apartments
These apartments were newly renovated in 2015 with nice features and appliances. The community is small and the neighborhood is quiet. Any service requests I've submitted (all minor) have been dealt with quickly, and the online system to pay rent and submit service requests is great. They put in a gas grill and table outside in the common area, which is awesome! My only complaint is that the community manager is not very responsive to emails and they have yet to install a bike rack on the property. But overall my experience has been great and I love my apartment!
