Many who live and work in the Fargo-Moorhead area have chosen an apartment in West Fargo because of its small-town feel. Plus, homes tend to be more budget-friendly.
There’s a huge sense of pride within West Fargo, and the cultural attractions and events here reflect that. One of the most famous places in this city is Bonanzaville. The “village” as it’s often referred to, encompasses 43 historic buildings on 12 acres of land. Here, you’ll be in awe by the artifacts and structures within this cool section of town.
West Fargo is also the home of the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. The fair, which is held every summer, features carnival rides, exhibits, performances, and a beer garden. Just east of the city is where you’ll find the Roger Maris Museum. Roger Maris was a professional baseball player who broke Babe Ruth’s home run record in 1961.
When it comes to shopping, residents have plenty of opportunities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tuscany Villas
Don’t get me wrong, the place and design and architecture is gorgeous. We loved actually LIVING in our villa. But the management! Oh my gosh, the management is horrible on this property. The person that lives on the property and “oversees” is the most ridiculous person we have ever met! Let me start with the fact that we got a towing notice on our truck ON THE DAY WE MOVED IN. there’s literally no place to park here. We parked our trailer in a spot that literally wasn’t blocking anything, not traffic, not garages. We left it overnight as we weren’t done unpacking. Got told we had to park out on the street. THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE STREET. ok, whatever. Next week we bought a nursing chair (im a new mom) and had the trailer parked for literally an hour on the property while we went out to eat. Came back to another notice. Wow. Ok. Next month, they were painting the lines in the parking lot. We got a notice to move our cars a few days ahead but we were at the lakes and didn’t see it in time. Came back to our car GONE. they freaking TOWED IT. no call, no text. Just straight towed it. Took me 2 hours and over $200 to get it out of some junky sketchy yard in Moorhead.. needless to say.. Never again.
There are several things about this apartment that I really like. I love that I have my own entrance into my apartment. We have air conditioning in both the living room and the master bedroom. I really love all of the closet space and that we have two bathrooms. I don't like that you have to pay so much extra to have a pet in the apartment. I also don't like that some of the shelves are weak and have fallen down a few times and the doors are not up to proper shape when we moved in. I do love that we for new carpet and new tiles in the kitchen. I really like the dishwasher and the water filter in the refrigerator.
Amazing apartments! Very spacious, vaulted ceilings, in unit laundry, 2 car garage. Management is great and able to pay rent online. If your're looking for a place in West Fargo, check out Tuscany Villas. You won't be disappointed!
