The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tuscany Village
I’ve been living here for about 4 months now! Since the very first day if it’s not one thing it’s the other, my unit wasn’t ready for move in a lot of things were remodeled so poorly! Parking is always an issue even though you have an assigned parking space. The area looks and appear quite but it’s not. Kids have thrown empty beer bottle in my patio, and the kids from my unit broke into the vacant unit next to me! There’s no sense of security they don’t even have a front gate! Do not move here! Front office has been made aware of all of this issues, and haven’t made an attempt to resolve them or offer any type of help.

This is a great place to live it's safe, clean the response to any concerns are address quickly and with postive results. Ms McGill has really made this a very comfortable and pleasant place to call home.
The complex is gorgeous with great landscape including a park, two pools, and a jacuzzi. The weight room is decent with a total fitness rack, treadmills, and the highlight being a racquetball court. The rent is on the cheaper side which is great, but also allows some individuals to move in that you might not enjoy sharing a complex with. The front office is a revolving door of employees that are slow to act and at sometimes get rude. The area is nice for Ontario. You are near Ontario mills, Victoria gardens, montclair plaza, and many fast food options. Overall if you are looking for a nice, cheap place to live and can deal with some negative aspects Tuscany village has, this is the place for you.
