Property Ratings at Tuscani Villas
This is the best property I have rented from. Zoey is a very kind and reliable manager. She resolved any issue very quickly and cares about her tenants. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are excellent as well and very kind. The building is kept clean and had an excellent experience living here
So I moved here a few months ago and I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments. Zoey, the manager, is the nicest person ever and she is on top of everything. There are cleaning staff here everyday and even an on-site security guard. The apartment itself is so cozy and everything works well. If something ever stops working, the work request is completed very fast. Having a parking spot in DTLA is also such a blessing, and it is gated and safe. I really have no complaints about this complex and am so grateful to have found the Tuscani Villas :)
We live in Tuscany villas which is a good apartment located in downtown LA. There is easy access to the nearby Hospital, school, gas station, groceries and bus stop. It is very convenient to get your work done as it is in downtown. This apartment is well maintained. Common areas, parking and trash areas are always tidy. Zoey, the Apartment manager has brought many positive changes to Tuscany. Maintenance requests are always done on time. Staff at Tuscany are friendly, approachable and ready to help. I would highly recommend Tuscany if you are looking for a good apartment in downtown LA which has value for money and convenience.
Zoey and her team are a well oiled machine. She handled the pandemic with maximum efficiency. She keeps everyone updated via email if anything of importance is happening on the property. Maintenance was fast and efficient as well.
Stayed her for 3 years and having nothing but good things to say ,Ever since Zoey took over as building manager everyhting has been great and staff is very helpful. Maintenance responds is a timely manner and gets things done . Will definitely miss living here. It's a great place to stay in a good neighborhood :)
I've been living at Tuscani Villas for a year and a half, and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. In particular, we have an awesome management team (Zoey and Ana) and maintenance staff (Armando and others) who are responsive in every sense of the word. Zoey and Ana are communicative and respond to emails and inquiries within minutes, and it's obvious how much they genuinely care about the residents' experiences. The maintenance staff members are always there when you need them, and they make the apartment complex feel more like a home with their smiling and friendly faces. I know firsthand how hard it is to find genuine and authentic property managers/landlords in Los Angeles and to get maintenance problems attended to, but Tuscani has excellent customer service. Thank you all!
My husband and I moved here about 7 months ago and we are so glad we did. It’s hard to find a building in Los Angeles that feels safe, has parking, allows pets and has laundry on site but this place has that and more! The most troubles we have had in previous apartments is that the landlord or management company does not take care of anything, so we were pleasantly surprised to have a landlord that is so on top of everything! Zoey is the building manager/landlord and she has made sure that our building is safe, repairs are made in a timely manner and that all tenants feel heard regarding any concern. The online system that you can pay rent with is amazing but the added feature to request maintenance without having to call anyone, is even better! Every request we have had to put in has been taken care of same day or within 24 hours! I could go on and on about how amazing zoey’s communication and attention to detail is but I think I have made it clear! I highly recommend this building!
i currently live here and although it would be very nice to have additional amenities, like a fitness center or pool, this is hands down the best place I've ever lived. the landlord, Zoey, is incredible and lives on-site and on top of everything and anything you might need. the maintenance staff is also incredible and lives on site. they clean every day, fix any request within 24 hours, and overall are amazing people. the residents are trustworthy, i've never had a package go missing or anything. like i said, i wish there was a fitness center or some other benefits to come with the price (it's not necessarily cheap) you get what you pay for with the maintenance and management. top of the line in that regard.
4 stars goes for Location location location!!! I work in downtown and it's such a convenience to get to and from work. There's major bus lines located on both the main streets where the apartment is located. It's a safe neighborhood w/ a police station, a hospital and a school in very close proximity to the apartment (you can literally walk to each place in 5 mins!) There's also a gas station and convenience stores (i.e. 7-11, liquor store) on each end of the street. LA Live/Staples Center, numerous restaurants and bars are all in walking distance from the apartment. Overall, 3 stars goes to apartment itself. It's a 1970s building. Appliances, cabinets/drawers/table tops, and flooring are out dated and old looking. There's also a laundromat inside the building located on the 1st floor.
