Leasing here was so easy! From applying to getting our keys to move in! Definitely recommend leasing with Nikki! She won’t disappoint! She made sure I got into a apartment I was going to like and when we went into apply she made sure to take the time out of her day to learn us and learn what we were in need off! When I first moved here in 2017, I thought it was a great place to live but as time went on I realized that I was wrong, having to deal with all of the maintenance issues and the length of time it took to resolve the issues I realized that I should have looked into it more.

The silver lining is a roof over my family’s head and a place to sleep. It’s definitely not worth the amount they charge for rent, not exactly a safe area to live. Maintenance doesn’t show up, when they do weeks to months later, they just slap a bandage on the problem. Parking is frustrating. Washer/dryer machines desperately need upgrades in the laundry mat and half of them are always “out of service.” Neighbors can be disrespectful. Bottom floors have had rat problems. There are nicer places for this kind of money.

Tuscan Heights used to be a nice and well kept property. It is not anymore. Greystar is not a tenent friendly management company. They are only interested in getting people to move in. I appreciate that this is a business but the tenents already living here deserve better.

The parking is horrific, trash area is filthy, drunk man threatening elderly in laundry room. Nothing is taken care of here. I do love my apt. It's very cute!

Tuscan Heights is not an apartment complex I can recommend. The management is not tenant friendly. I realize it is a business but here they are only interested in getting new teneants not taking care of those already here.

Honestly been disappointed and looking forward to moving out after our lease is up. Have loud neighbors especially at quiet hours, not kept clean, broken locks for month on laundry building(felt unsafe because homeless people would freely walk-in and use drugs while Im trying to do laundry), parking is horrible….

This apartment complex is nice and has gotten better with the newest team to take over in the office, but with all the rent money that goes into, need to update units badly, invest in new workout machines because many have broken down. Newer washer and dryers in the laundry mats and replace the ones that don't work anymore. For the amount that we pay in rent every month, things could be better.

By far the worst living experience the management team is the worst to deal with they don’t care about the residents I have put complaints about rats living in the walls and showed them video of the rats also on my patio and they seem to not care they blow it off telling me that there is no rats that it’s impossible to be rats when I have full video of rats about 2 feet long on my patio and going into a hole that is on the side of the wall outside my apartment

Great place if u like to keep it to urself. It is an active area, and their is kids playing outside. I lived here for a year and had had no issues. I say hi to everyone but mostly everyone keeps it to themselves, if u want problem I’ll get them otherwise it’s a great place for minding ur business and living at home peacefully.

The place is old and they are trying to renovate but it is pretty pricey for not getting maintenance request completed in a timely manner (but I was told they are short staff and behind on requests). The front desk are helpful and nice. The amenities look great and the landscape is pretty nice. The area is pretty rough though but the police are timely in response. The balcony is pretty large and nice in the larger units. Overall, it is ok and a better apartment than my previous place.

Terrible. Might be affordable but no laundry available-cavailable-costs us about $150 a month to LOAD it and TAKE IT somewhere else. Would not recommend. Sadly. The balcony is nice and big though.

I wouldn’t recommend Tuscan Heights. The only beneficial thing is the Amazon hub locker. It’s affordable but apparently you get what you pay for. It’s definitely not as appealing as it looks online, there’s a lot of dirty and unsafe areas.

Staff does not do thier jobs. Apartments are falling apart and unsafe. Health issues like mold and water damage are ignored.

For the time I have been here at Tuscan Height Apartments. I am please with the location and unit I received. Tuscan Heights has so much potential, good amenities, they recently added a resident calendar with some helpful events, and they have a mostly friendly staff. But helping the residents with their concerns doesn’t seem like a priority to them. Lack of communication and not resolving issues is their downfall.

Overall the Tuscan Heights Community has the most spacious homes around federal heights. They also have many resources. If only they had in unit washers for the price of rent they charge, it would hit the spot!!
