The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tupelo Alley
Staff’s only response to issues is a smile agreement that it is a horrible situation and that they have no control over anything. My car was broken into twice in 3 months in the locked and secured parking garage. Other vehicles have also been broken into, and over 15 bikes have been damaged or stolen due to frequent vandalism. Elevators often appear as if damage is being done to them regularly. Staff told me safety was my responsibility as a resident not theirs. Towel rack fell off wall with one hand towel on it a couple weeks after moving in. A month later my blinds broke. The washing machine doesn’t drain all the way and never did. Mask wearing is optional for staff and residents. Although they do have that one sign posted that says pleas wear a mask. Lots of noise on Mississippi from traffic and people who are mentally ill and have no where to go. Oregon just doesn’t have resources for them. Construction started shortly after I moved in (of course it wasn’t disclosed) and went on for months. On the upside if you are moving in now there isn’t any excuse for lobby construction it was just finished recently. Paying a large fee to break my lease and move on. Extremely disappointed since I lived at a Holland Apartment complex for three years in the past and had a wonderful experience, but I won’t rent from them in the future. I think they must have changed some of their policies or treatment of their staff.
Having been recently relocated for work I was limited in the time frame in which I was able to select a new apartment. Scout did a tremendous job in showing me around the property and had a great candid approach since I was unfamiliar with the area. She was clear and concise with the information I requested and although I wasn't able to select this property initially due to my commute; I will certainly be revisiting this property in the near future.

Have lived here since June 2015 and it's been great! Great location--shops, bars and restaurants, awesome staff and nice property. Bonuses: parking, dog friendly and in unit laundry!

We just moved in a month ago and absolutely love it! The apartment staff was so helpful with organizing our move and making it super smooth. Scout was so helpful in showing us the unit multiple times before we finally committed to leasing! The location can’t be beat, right in the heart of Mississippi walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants! No complaints here :)

I have lived here for a few months and am pleased! Maintenance is handled within 24 hours. The staff always goes the extra mile! There has been 2 events for residents since I’ve been here which is awesome. I’ve gotten to mingle with neighbors, I probably wouldn’t otherwise meet. Overall, I’ve been happy and am excited for the year to come!

Dear Resident, Thank you very much for the positive comments and kind words about the community. We are happy you have made Tupelo Alley your home. If you need anything please let us know. Thank you.
So far, this new apartment has been great. Its right in the heart of Mississippi Ave and very close to "Por Que No" where they serve probably the best tacos in Portland. Really the perfect place to live if you're really into tacos, its probably only a 5 minute walk. Although there's always a huge line so it's best to get there kinda early. I still haven't been yet but I'm sure I will soon. Can't wait! My apartment has big windows, high ceilings, lots of light and nice neighbors which is pretty much the exact opposite of my last place, so I'm glad I'm here now. Wish they had a ping pong table in the ecolounge though.. than I'd have to give this place SIX stars!
