The application process is easy. Honey in the office is amazing!! There is a small creek that I love since I am a nature junkie. Neighbors are friendly. Lots of green space for kids. Surprisingly quite at night and on weekends.

i love my apartment. it’s nice looking inside and it looks exactly off the website. i feel like i got my moneys worth. The management staff is friendly and informative when im unclear about things. the neighborhood is quiet and safe. my moving in process was pretty okay. Honey my favorite walked me through the whole thing.

These renovated apartments are simply gorgeous. I met with Karla and had the best tour. Hunie and Debra were so sweet, and everyone answered my questions. They were having a community event with a vendor, and I met Kevin and Karl, who said they were on the maintenance team. The staff is so nice and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Now I know why their videos say ' Welcome home to Trotwood, All that's missing from this new home is ME!'

Under new management!!! The staff is spectacular honestly. Honey is one of the most animated & funny leasing agents, we fell in love with her immediately. Been shopping around a lot, but no where was as courteous as Trotwood Commons. Went on a tour with Honey (she was amazing!) and got a lot of information from their Construction Manager Carla, and met the maintenance guy Kevin. I really can’t wait to move in. Even the manager Debbie came out

Poor communication and the apartments are not up to date . The maintenance can’t fix anything and they refuse to communicate about the things that are broken before you move in . Trash everywhere and the workers are rude
