Living at Trio apartments has been a great experience overall. The property management team is very responsive, professional, and have a great attitude. They've set the bar for stress free community living.
Trio has been a wonderful place to live. Through the whole time we have been dealing with certain construction difficulties the Trio team has been there to answer questions and help out. Even in a tough situation they are looking out for residents day in and day out.
I am so happy to be a Trio Resident. These days, quality apartments are hard to come by. The staff are incredibly respectful, responsive, and friendly (shout out Cora)! The shared amenities are always clean and well-stocked. My unit is very comfortable (I live in a studio) and easy to keep clean. The other residents are friendly and I enjoy meeting them at the monthly events that Trio hosts. The maintenance guy (Brandon) is very effective and professional also.

I got a chance to stay in a guest suite at this property while visiting friends that live there. This property is awesome and has such a great location. We didn't need to drive anywhere because so much is within walking distance. The best restaurants/bars are within blocks yet the property is really quiet. Easy highway access when we wanted to check out other areas. Apartments have great kitchen finishes. While not a permanent renter, I wanted to share my great experience.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. When I first moved into the trio apartments, I realized that the unit I picked didn't meet my needs. They willingly helped me switch units and were very helpful and nice about the situation. The property office is onsite so it is very easy to talk to the staff/managers whenever you need during the day. Maintenance is very fast to respond complete maintenance requests. The location is also walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and things to do in Milwaukee.

I've only lived here a couple of months, though I have to say the community here is exceptional. Very pet friendly. Not only that, I commend management for addressing any questions or issues that arise in a timely manner.
Staff is rude, elevator was broke first three months I moved in. They do these "community buildings" events but can't keep the facilities clean. The hallway smell wafts between a cannabis dispensary and the humane society. The air conditioner is a cooling fan for the corner of your living room at best. All the appliances are tiny. Save your money

The property is very well managed and I am very pleased all around. The common spaces are always clean and welcoming. The staff are helpful and seem to really care to bring the best experience possible. Things do happen that are out of their control like an elevator suddenly stops working but they work to resolve it as fast as possible. Trio is a great property to live in.

Overpriced, maintenance is lacking because the company simply doesn’t care to put money toward anything, cleanliness is a constant issue, security is lacking. Multiple break ins occurred while I lived there. Cleaning isn’t thorough. I attempted to speak with someone higher up than just the on site phone rental agents but never got any response. The company is more interested in building more and more properties but not actually taking care of them to retain residents. Disappointing. I wanted to like it.
Management does not care about outside cleaning and emergency maintenance requests such as broken elevator completely ignored on a weekend.
