pros: Nice community, near to Fremont hub, near to schools, good security. your problem will be solved soon. cons: this is not good for short term like 1 year or 2 years. they will charge you almost 2000 dollars for cleaning and painting just for 6 months. initially before you leave the apt they will estimate 600$ but after you leave the flat they will charge 2000$. Please be careful.
One of the best community to be lived in US with spacious and well maintained apartments, community areas. Easy access to shops and grocery stores, market. Also, our experience with Josh, manager here, along with Daniel, has been very super, where they r cooperative and welcoming always, respond on time with utmost insights. Our experience has been really good, and we would look forward to the same Trinity Way Apartment in future if we circle back. Keep up team...!! Thanks
