Extremely professional and helpful management and staff. The maintenance team is very professional, prompt, and thorough. It’s a great location with lots of amenities and resort like landscaping. I think the best decision I made when I moved to Fort Worth to live is to have rented an apartment at what is now Broadstone On Trinity. The location, for my purposes, could not be better. I think the cost is reasonable and the staff is responsive and having a garage is very rare and is very important to me.

I have very much enjoyed living at Broadstone on Trinity. The people are nice in the office. I love my small apartment. It’s updated and it’s perfect for me. I have definitely recommended it too many people and have found that many people are in know about it and have it one time left in between homes. It’s a lovely place beautiful trees close to Trinity walking riding lots of restaurants around within walking distance I have certainly enjoyed my time here.

Broadstone is a great community! We just moved here and so far we have had a fantastic experience! The friendly staff and maintenance team is top notch! They go above and beyond here to make sure residents are happy! Loving it here so far! The amenities are wonderful at this community and they even added a market place here recently basically a little convenience store! I can't wait to go check it out! Highly recommend it here! We love that we are close to shops, restaurants and trinity river right at our foot steps!

This apartment is roomy (great square footage) and was sparkling clean when I moved in. My leasing agent, Ashlei, did an amazing job marketing the place and helping me move. I even walked through 2 additional times after I leased it. Maintenance has been top notch too.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for apartments for months looking to upgrade to a 2bd2br. We stumbled upon Broadstone on Trinity and instantly fell in love! Literally! All of their units are beautiful, spacious, and the appliances are great. We love the idea of a private garage and we have a patio that has a great view of the beautiful courtyard. We moved in just in time for spring and I can’t wait to start swimming and enjoying both pools! Ashlei and the rest of the team are so helpful, attendant, and gracious; I plan on being here for a while.

We are having problems with theft in this area. I personally have experienced theft 4 times have witnessed theft 3 times and have heard of many others. I would say it is the largest problem effecting this community.

Broadstone On Trinity is the perfect location in which to live in Fort Worth, near parks, the river, museums, major, transportation, major medical facilities, access to shopping, the university. The quality of the structure is good and, for me, having a garage makes it perfect.

Ashlei was very helpful in touring the facility and available community amenities. She went above and beyond to show me live video of my apartment through a Zoom video call before I moved in. I felt cared for and as though my concerns were genuinely understood, as this is my first time living in an apartment alone. The nearby community is incredible with restaurants aplenty and TCU just down the road. It is also very conveniently located just nearby my new job.

I enjoyed my time living here at Broadstone on Trinity. I lived here for a year for grad school at TCU. It was a quick, convenient drive to school and was close to other attractions as well. I really liked having a balcony view of the Trinity river/trail and easy access to the trail. The office staff was always helpful and nice. I would live here again.

I have had the best imaginable experience so far with this location! The apartment is located very close to everything I need. I love my apartment and the pools too!! The staff in the office has been amazing too. Angela helped me apply and was fabulous. 10/10 would recommend

I absolutely love the area, I like that I’m about 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. It’s beautiful around the apartments and I’m glad I don’t really have too many noises around other than the train which doesn’t really bother me. My only complaint is that the building I am in is kind of hotel style, yet it is still outside, so it gets very hot in the hallways and there are birds flying around along with wasps.
