My kids are constantly playing outside with the neighborhood kids, and they are constantly coming inside hurt because of all the glass and maintenance supplies laying around the apartment. The manager continually ignores my pleading for cleanup. There are Roaches everywhere in my apartment and in my neighbors, the A/C has been out and the stairs up to my apartment is broken and unsafe
Roaches, maintenance never responds to work orders, my A/C has been out for 5 months, the manager never has time to speak to anyone and everyone else in the office is a young kid
My stay at this property was enjoyable. The property manager Marsha as well as her Staff McKenzie are top notch. Would recommend this property.

I moved in a couple of months ago, I am really enjoying my apartment! Last week a called to put a workorder and I was surprised that they were nocking on my door 20 mins after I called. The office staff is great, I feel very comfortable! They help me out when I need to use the fax or make some copies! I really love it here :)

I've lived in many complexes all my life, all over the country. I don't make lots of money so I'm limited on choices of where I can live. By far Trinity Meadows has exceeded all my expectations. I've lived here almost 2 years and have never had an issue with staff or other tenants. The staff is very friendly and always have a hot pot of coffee available. They also do a great job at putting functions together and hosting parties as well as holiday meals. The maintenance crew is out early in the morning picking up are quick to respond when a work order is made. Nothing but great things to say about this complex and staff. I will Def be staying here for quite some time.

This community really makes you feel welcomed. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted and offered refreshments and the same hospitality has been carried on since I moved. The maintenance team is excellent, I have not had to wait for any of my requests to get done and that's a huge relief. My apartment is spacious, my neighbors are courteous and the team is always willing to help out. Thanks for making my transition from Delaware a breeze! Southern hospitality is really a thing here!

I have been a tenant at Trinity Meadows for 2 years and I enjoy living here. The girls in the office are amazing and very helpful. They always make me feel welcome by offering coffee or cookies. The maintenance complete my work orders quickly and usually the same day. I like what they have done with the pool. I recommend these apartments if you are looking for a new home.

Well.. my experience.. I wouldn't recommend this location... first of all, if you are on public benefits, they will never give you bigger apartments (square feet), I have captured their misrepresentation, On website it was showing 715 Square Feet 1 Bedroom apartment and even I called it from my car by using "No Callers ID" option , Manager Marsha told that it is available on May 18 or 19 but when I went inside, they said it was leased out... how it is possible in 3 minutes, even there were no people inside the office... Let me explain, representative Brittany knew that I am on Federal Benefits, because I inquired about apartment a week ago with her... but she saw my face , she said it is leased out... but how it is possible leasing it in 3 minutes? Or Manager didn't know that she had different vacant lists on the table and Brittney had another.? at 12:00 pm? Manager Marsha wasn't updated... ? Wow? I have all records... my sister also called 5 times but still 715 square feet was available but they saw me , it has been leased out... ? So if they will misrepresent and giving you different information to different people... how can you trust..? I used to work as leasing consultant, I know all games... I will not recommend this property at all... recent reviews are noticeable as well.. I have all evidences with call time...

HORRIBLEE!! WORST MISTAKE EVER! I Could go on and on about the problems here. Roaches coming out of the sockets or noisy neighbors (and I'm in my mid twenty's noise doesn't bother me) but this is just excessive. Break- ins, shootings, some staff is nice but other are sooo RUDE its ridiculous!! I was really surprised by these things when moving here.

I moved into my apartments last minute.... we love them... the office staff amazing... the maintenance is always fast and the property is kept very well.... we were upstairs and moved downstairs.... neighbors are friendly and very nice.... we plan on renewing our lease again and upgrading to a two bedroom.
