I have lived in Trinity Exchange apartments for 5 years and they just recently added wood floors to the upper levels 2nd and 3rd floor. You can her EVERY STEP YOUR NEIGHBOR MAKES. if they have a Dog it's like rats live upstairs. It's not the neighbors fault at all. Trinity does NOT care At All!!! Just be aware!!! You pay top dollar and live like your in a zoo!!!!

Location is great the grounds are pretty the nature and wildlife is awesome if you love the sandhill cranes which I do ! For most it’s quiet! Door slamming is still a thing .

The apartments are amazing. Greystar keeps the grounds very nice. Maintenance workers come within a day and do the job to perfection. I love that it is animal friendly. The club house and the pool are an added bonus.

Trinity Exchange is our first permanent home rental experience in the US. We are very glad that without long searches and views we were lucky enough to find our home. Many thanks to the managers who offered us a suitable option and helped us quickly draw up the documents! We like absolutely everything here, both the design and convenience of the apartment and the community. Rest and sport areas. Schools with high ratings for children, both elementary and secondary. Managers and staff who are always trying to help! Beautiful nature: lakes, birds, squirrels, rabbits .... It's a pleasure to live in such a place!

We love living here at TE, everyone is so neighborly and friendly. It's family oriented and truly a community family. They have great amenities and scheduled activities monthly, and it's alot of fun living here. Paige is always professional and pleasant, and always nice to see her.

We adored living here! My husband is military so unfortunately we had to move out of this gorgeous apartment complex. We plan on permanently moving to the Tampa Bag area and will probably end up back at this amazing place! Only complaint I had is the walls to the outside hallways are very thin and you will hear anything and everything going on outside your apartment.

TE's location provides convenient access for all our needs. A pet friendly experience with pet owners that pick up after the buddies. It is a great experience to see and hear children play safely and respectfully in the open areas.

Trinity Exchange is like heaven on earth. When there is any kind of problem which would have been a total catastrophe when we lived in our last residence (a stand alone house), here, it is never a problem! That takes so much pressure off of me (stuff was always broken and I can't fix it myself). We love it here! Maintenence free living is the way to go. Its one of the nicest parts of living here. If anything at all malfunctions, in less than 24 hours, its fixed. That's what I call excellent customer service!

Ive lived at Trinity Exchange over 4 years now and consider this my permanent home. Everything is perfect for me here. The staff and maintenance are super professional and friendly. I love the location; this community is very close to stores, grocery, schools, medical offices, hospital, Urgent Care, fast food and popular restaurants. This particular community is especially nice because the people who live here are friendly. Ive lived i other apartment complexes but none begin to compare to The Exchange. I think it boils down to this....Great Management equals Happy Tenants !

Trinity Exchange is a great place to live. With the pool, beautiful club house, gym and walking path around a lake, there is always plenty to do. There is also a dog park next to the lake. Police and fire department is right next door so its very safe. The staff and maintenance crews are friendly and helpful. Thank you

Love our community. We just got a puppy and this is a very pet-friendly environment with access to dog parks and walking trail. We haven't used the dog park yet since he is young but he like looking at other dogs in it when he goes for his walks. We love walking around the trails as well. Trash pick-up service is nice but hopefully recycling program will be in place soon. We haven't used the pool so much, maybe used the gym twice and it was average. Loved the people at the office, very nice and approachable.

Trinity Exchange is a wonderful property. The staff is very friendly and informative, the units are spacious, and the view of the lakes right below the sunset is perfect. I don't ever want to leave. I've lived in some TERRIBLE places before but this place is a complete 180!

Definitely would recommend this community to anyone looking in the Trinity / Tampa area. Amazing amenities and such a friendly office staff and maintenance team. The apartments themselves as well as the property are so well kept and clean. One of my favorite things is the walking trail around the lake, so beautiful. I also love taking my dog over to the dog park. This community is very pet friendly and that was another big reason I chose to live here. They host fun events and just make you feel so welcome and at home. 10/10 would recommend Trinity Exchange.

Nice Views, Amazing buildings and amenities. Wonderful and Sweet staff. On our first night here Paige not only made our application process simple and easy. We were in and out with he whole process done in no time! No headache's or confusion. Absolutely love living here! Maintenance crew is always polite, respectful, gentle and just great people.

Weve been in Trinity Exchange for almost two weeks now and weve thoroughly enjoyed it. Stephanie is incredibly friendly, on top of things and easy to work with. Everyone is very kind, the complex is clean and any concerns or questions Ive had were immediately addressed. My kiddos love the zero entry pool and all the other fun children in the complex. We are so glad we chose Trinity Exchange.

Trinity Exchange is a wonderful place to reside! The staff is extremely friendly & they treat you like family. They remember who I am by name & are quick to try & resolve any issue that might come up. Instead of just doing their job, they go above & beyond to make sure you get taken care of. I would recommend anyone to live here. Especially if youre looking for a place that rises above your typical apartment complex.
