Property Ratings at Trinity Bluff & Trinity District
The location is great, and the units are decent, but beware: you will be robbed! Theft is rampant, cars and storage units are frequently broken into. Management is well aware, but will take no meaningful steps to address the issue.
Terrible unethical management. They will make your life miserable. They will ignore your complaint or request to change or enforce a guidelines in the lease that is THEIR responsibility but they have no problem jumping on you for whatever they can as retaliation for the simplest complaint. How dare a resident being something to their attention! DO NOT sign a lease with Knightvest Management
Rates are ridiculously high for renewal and new management company has not responded to multiple calls or email. Location is great and neighbors are great. Units need updating and the noise transfer is horrible.
I have lived here 2 months and I am very pleased with everything about this property. Could be a few tweaks, but from my observation so far, its corrected within a few days, they simply need time to get to it. I am not easy to please, reasonable but high expectations. Staff is professional and proactively perform their job duties with resident comfort and happiness forefront. Initiative & ownership is taken by all and that attitude is reflective in all aspects of this property. Again, I am a tenacious individual and if Im pleased, this property is on their game! Highly recommend! a person that has very high expectations from any business but and am very happy with management, maintenance

I love living at Trinity Urban Apartments in Fort Worth, Tx! Jordan handled my application and lease process and was wonderful at keeping me updated and making it an overall smooth process. I LOVE the greenery in my area, being in downtown and in the city is stressful for my East Texas country self but I love how quiet the community is and have buoyed my walks outside.
While we havent lived here long, the experience so far has been fantastic. The community was put together with serious thoughtfulness and been maintained perfectly. The proximity to nature, shops/restaurants & downtown is unbeatable. Plus I feel very safe walking around inside & outside the complex

I do not know how I would have gotten moved in without his help. He and the rest of the maintenance team has been great. Office personnel have always answered my questions and helped in any way they can. Trinity has made my move from Florida to Texas very comfortable and feeling I am part of a friendly community. I have never felt safer as a single woman in DFW, than in the time I have lived here. Communication is fast, maintenance is wonderful, and they seem to really care about your quality of living here. Its quiet, comfortable, and feels very homey. Im thankful for this community, and the peace of mind and safety that it affords me.

The Best Place to Live in Fort Worth!
Living here has been the most wonderful experience. The apartment is nice and spacious and the amenities are amazing. The staff is great, friendly, and accommodating. We also particularly love the sponsored events.
For two people who have had our own homes, prior and after marriage, for a long time, being at the District complex has been a real great fun experience.
The building is cheaply constructed. You can hear the cars drive by. You can hear your neighbors walk on top of you. There are bugs and a lot of their equipment (gym equipment, water machine, etc.) are always under repair. The parking garage is a driver's nightmare.
I have been living in our apartment since 2015 after we sold our house. We looked at many places over several years as to whether to buy or rent. We decided this was the best place living downtown! You just walk downtown. The majority age group appears to be 18 to 45. Some attend Tarrant County College and TCU. Some have children and there are a few of us old folks. Everyone is friendly. You can park up to two cars at your apartment level. Very quite building and most have balconies. The amenities are amazing: swimming pool, exercise equipment, monthly gatherings, club room, etc. Also, you can have dogs or cats and there is a fenced in place for dogs to walk around without a leash. I recommend checking this complex out!
Excellent Commumity Complex from location safety and all other features is the one that makes the most sense specially hallways are air conditioned so fresh breeze summer says as soon as you enter property
Trinity Bluffs is wonderful living environment that has great features and neighbirs alike. Definitely recommended for living the Fort Worth downtown life.

Old or young this community is built for all ages. Couldnt ask for a better place to live and the staff.

This is the by far the best place I have found to live as a 30 year old single adult in the Fort Worth area. Great location that seems to only be improving. Cannot wait to see what that area looks like in 5 years.

I love the natural beauty of ALL that living near a river offers. Downtown activities are a short walk, and provide everything you are looking for. There is a community spirit at Trinity District. It is clean and well kept. I have enjoyed living here. Enjoy the amenities such as trash pickup, hub for packages, building security, etc. Office and maintenance staff are professional and efficient.
