Trilogy apartment is great! It contains many facilities and I often go to the fitness room which is clear and big. Management is convenient and offcies are nice and willing to help anything! The room is great and new.

Excellent apartment complex. Just some issues with the elevator and parking deck in building 2. Otherwise, I love the amenities, events and community.

The employees are extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference day to day. However, the facilities themselves could use some serious improvements. Building 2 consistently has issues with roaches, the tap water has an odd taste that makes it unpleasant to drink, and the water pressure throughout the building is very weak, making basic tasks frustrating.
Great community to live in. Neighbors have always been great. I live in front of the BBQ area and peopla respect the noise levels. Maintenance is great and always solve the issues fast. Staff is great as well and always caring.

Third year at Trilogy. Nothing to complain. Everything is perfect! The location is good, the environment is quiet. It's at higher elevation so we were not affected when flood came, even though we are just 5-min walk from trader joe's plaza, which were hitted badly.

Friendly leasing office agents - so far move in was mostly smooth! Our unit gets a lot of light, and we like the location as well - has been nice to have access to the pool and gym.

It's great living at Trilogy with the convenient location to Food Lion and the 15-501 and interstate entrance to the I-40. I also like that it's close to the border of Durham to access Walmart, Barnes and Noble, and Sam's Club to name a few. Also love the free coffee station in the clubhouse!

The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels incredibly safe. Pretty nice, but don't understand why the lobby of building two has an alarm going off half of the time. Also, what's the point of having package lockers if they only get dropped of in the room with no security?
Trilogy is a great home with a great location! Super nice community and great staff! The rent is on the expensive side but it’s worth it for the amenities and the safe location.

Trilogy Chapel has friendly and responsive staff, and fast apartment repairs as needed as well as offers a convenient location near shopping centers and public transportation. Amenities such as a full gym and swimming pool make the living experience great. Overall, Trilogy Chapel Hill provides a comfortable and enjoyable living environment and is the best apartment I've lived in so far!

Living at trilogy is great. The staff is awesome and kind. The mailroom can be tricky but I think that I’d just a given living in an apartment.

I enjoy staying in this apartment. It' nice, comfortable, and convenient. The staffs are friendly and responsible. The area is also safe in general. Parking is good too. One thing I don't like is that there is no valet trash service on Friday and Saturday, given that the service fee is expensive. Also, I hope this service can be optional in the future

I have been living in this apartment community for some time now, and I can confidently say that my experience has been very positive. The environment is beautiful and serene, with plenty of greenery that creates a peaceful atmosphere. I really appreciate the abundant sunlight that fills my apartment, making it feel warm and inviting. The convenience of nearby shopping options is also a significant advantage. Food Lion and Trader Joe's are just a short way, allowing me to easily stock up on groceries and other essentials. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation makes it really easy for me to commute to work and explore the surrounding area without any hassle. The staff here is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any concerns I may have. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment community.

The location is decent—it’s close to a few shops and has easy access to public transportation, which is a plus. However, the apartment itself feels pretty basic. The layout is fine, but the finishes feel a little cheap for the price. The appliances are functional and up to date, but nothing to write home about. One of the main drawbacks has been the noise levels. The walls are thinner than I expected, and you can hear neighbors quite clearly, which has made it difficult to relax at times especially being popular amongst UNC students. Maintenance is very polite whenever I have issues and is prompt to respond. On the upside, the property does have some nice amenities, like a small gym and a pool. There is plenty of parking in the garage, though sometimes it can be hard to find a spot on your floor if you come home late. Overall, it is an apartment. It gets the job done.

Tidy and sweet home! I love Trilogy as it is pretty tidy and has a nice public space. It is convenient to go to Mr Tokyo and pizza put. Also, foodlion is pretty close to the building, so you can just walk in 3 minutes to grab strawberries at 11 pm!

The complex is good overall, but the hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. In addition, the animal droppings in the halls and grounds is disgusting.

I love it here! The location is great. The staff are wonderful and are very reactive to residents’ needs. Most importantly, the premises stay clean! Unlike my last building, parking is actually complementary, which helped my wallet. The gym has been recently updated.

Decent sized rooms. Great storage space and kitchen. Nice patio. Weird valet trash system so the hallways smell a bit and it’s an extra charge, but overall very good.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Very nice pool in the complex. Gym could use some updating and additions but is still very convenient.
