Great community to live in. Neighbors have always been great. I live in front of the BBQ area and peopla respect the noise levels. Maintenance is great and always solve the issues fast. Staff is great as well and always caring.

I love living here. The staff are helpful, accommodating, and lovely. The amenities are great. I thought the pool would be my favorite, but I've learned to love the gym and free onsite printing.

Third year at Trilogy. Nothing to complain. Everything is perfect! The location is good, the environment is quiet. It's at higher elevation so we were not affected when flood came, even though we are just 5-min walk from trader joe's plaza, which were hitted badly.

Friendly leasing office agents - so far move in was mostly smooth! Our unit gets a lot of light, and we like the location as well - has been nice to have access to the pool and gym.

It's great living at Trilogy with the convenient location to Food Lion and the 15-501 and interstate entrance to the I-40. I also like that it's close to the border of Durham to access Walmart, Barnes and Noble, and Sam's Club to name a few. Also love the free coffee station in the clubhouse!

The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels incredibly safe. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents—any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are a huge bonus! The gym is always clean and never overcrowded, and the pool area is a perfect spot to relax on weekends. The location is also super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

Great move in! Easy process with lots of support from the office staff - everything went completely smoothly. I called when I was about 30 minutes away from the unit and everything was ready for me.

Pretty nice, but don't understand why the lobby of building two has an alarm going off half of the time. Also, what's the point of having package lockers if they only get dropped of in the room with no security?

Trilogy is a great home with a great location! Super nice community and great staff! The rent is on the expensive side but it’s worth it for the amenities and the safe location.

Everything about this apartment complex is amazing. From the apartment itself to the amenities, leasing office staff, and maintenance staff. I have had a really positive experience all around.

Super welcoming front desk. Austin is the man. Amenities are great and rent is reasonable. Juan the maintenance guy is also super responsive so a very good experience so far.

Had such an easy move because of the staff! Any issues we encountered (standard things on any moving day) was handled with grace, care, and efficiency! Could not have chosen a better place to start our time in Chapel Hill!

The apartments are very nice, spacious! The common areas are very clean and nice. Absolutely have loved my time here even after. few days!

The Trilogy has been a wonderful community to live in. It offers many amenities that make living in these an apartments a pleasure. The residents who live here are quite and respectful.

It is ok, costly but nice atmosphere. I wish the program to allow people in building was up and running, very inconvenient to have to walk down to let people in all the time.

Move in was great! Austin was super helpful! We had a small issue with our front door lock and maintenance came super quick on. Friday night. The complex is kept clean and up to date. Excited to live here.

Trilogy Chapel has friendly and responsive staff, and fast apartment repairs as needed as well as offers a convenient location near shopping centers and public transportation. Amenities such as a full gym and swimming pool make the living experience great. Overall, Trilogy Chapel Hill provides a comfortable and enjoyable living environment and is the best apartment I've lived in so far!

Being a student and first-time renter, information was easy to access and understand. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. The property is well maintained.

Living at trilogy is great. The staff is awesome and kind. The mailroom can be tricky but I think that I’d just a given living in an apartment.

I enjoy staying in this apartment. It' nice, comfortable, and convenient. The staffs are friendly and responsible. The area is also safe in general. Parking is good too. One thing I don't like is that there is no valet trash service on Friday and Saturday, given that the service fee is expensive. Also, I hope this service can be optional in the future

I really appreciate the abundant sunlight that fills my apartment, making it feel warm and inviting. The convenience of nearby shopping options is also a significant advantage. Food Lion and Trader Joe's are just a short way, allowing me to easily stock up on groceries and other essentials. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation makes it really easy for me to commute to work and explore the surrounding area without any hassle. The staff here is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any concerns I may have. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment community.

The location is decent—it’s close to a few shops and has easy access to public transportation, which is a plus. However, the apartment itself feels pretty basic. The layout is fine, but the finishes feel a little cheap for the price. The appliances are functional and up to date, but nothing to write home about. One of the main drawbacks has been the noise levels. The walls are thinner than I expected, and you can hear neighbors quite clearly, which has made it difficult to relax at times especially being popular amongst UNC students. Maintenance is very polite whenever I have issues and is prompt to respond. On the upside, the property does have some nice amenities, like a small gym and a pool. There is plenty of parking in the garage, though sometimes it can be hard to find a spot on your floor if you come home late. Overall, it is an apartment. It gets the job done.

Tidy and sweet home! I love Trilogy as it is pretty tidy and has a nice public space. It is convenient to go to Mr Tokyo and pizza put. Also, foodlion is pretty close to the building, so you can just walk in 3 minutes to grab strawberries at 11 pm!

The complex is good overall, but the hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. In addition, the animal droppings in the halls and grounds is disgusting.

I’ve had a great experience with Trilogy. This is my second year renting here and I have 0 complaints. The common areas are always so clean and the layout of the units are amazing!

I love it here! The location is great. The staff are wonderful and are very reactive to residents’ needs. Most importantly, the premises stay clean! Unlike my last building, parking is actually complementary, which helped my wallet. The gym has been recently updated.

Decent sized rooms. Great storage space and kitchen. Nice patio. Weird valet trash system so the hallways smell a bit and it’s an extra charge, but overall very good.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Very nice pool in the complex. Gym could use some updating and additions but is still very convenient.

I have had a great experience here so far. Austin has been super helpful with our move-in questions and concerns. We have lived here almost 2 months and have really enjoyed it. There is quite a bit of noise from upstairs, but it is our understanding that most apartments have this problem, so we just let it be. I do think that there could be major improvements when it comes to communication around maintenance. The few requests that we have put in, we never know when they are going to come, and they never leave a note or message letting you know what they have done after they leave, but maybe I haven't learned how to see that on the portal? Overall great experience so far.

I stay on the 2nd floor and it has been a great 3 years living here. Everybody is super friendly and I enjoy having the pool view. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody

I love it here! staff is very kind and welcoming . great area, apartment is clean and has an extremely nice layout; not to mention it is right by the D stop so I can get on campus. very easily

The staff has been very helpful and I’m excited to move in today!! They helped with lease agreements, amenities, etc! When I needed to get set up with Duke Energy they helped me get set up and were very kind!!
