Property Ratings at Tricon Wildomar
My wife and I are new residents here in Wildomar, and I have to say the communication between the office and tenants has been fantastic—better than anywhere else I’ve lived. Jannah in the leasing office, in particular, has been outstanding. Even when I couldn’t reach someone directly, there was always an off-site number to call, and the option to send simple text messages to the leasing office has been a huge help. It saves time, prevents headaches, and ensures questions or concerns are addressed quickly. The property itself is very well kept and solidly built. We’ve had no issues with noise from neighbors, which honestly surprised us—the sound insulation is excellent. While no place is perfect, the office staff has been extremely attentive to any concerns we’ve raised, resolving them promptly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend this community to fellow service members I work with. This is the first company I’ve leased from that actually offers benefits for military members, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for making our move-in experience such a positive one!
I view the community today with William, besides the community being beautiful Williams was very friendly and welcoming. He answered all my questions and took his time as well as being very thorough. Beautiful property as well as terrific management!
