The sound of the nearby train is sometimes a bit noisy and there is quite a lot of dust. The floor-to-ceiling Windows are all covered with dust and cobwebs

Smooth transition. Very calm and relax environment. All the amenities are inclusive and friendly. There’s endless things to do here. I’m glad I chose triangle square apartments!

The Triangle Square apartment complex does an exemplary effort to keep the complex as pleasant, ambient, and luxurious since it opened in 2021. The amenities offer a nice balance between work and leisure, its green, breezy, spacious atrium beckons to make an open fire meal and enjoy it under the pergola. The complex gym saves a lot of commute time and features a functional place for physical exercise, boxing and anaerobic training. A special appreciation goes to the Triangle Square management and maintenance teams who strive for efficiency, excellent communication, and superb service to the residents.

Daniel and staff are amazing, every little issue gets fixed instantly and this community/amenities exceeds my expectations, lives here over a year and still great!

Have had a great experience so far and the staff is all super great and so friendly - bonus pts bc they through lots of resident events throughout the year and arts and crafts room! Quick walk to the closest grocery store nearby and over the bridge to Lincoln Park and restaurants on Clybourn.

A great building with even better amenities. Staff is always so friendly, and we love living here! Especially sitting by the pool in the summer, looking at the skyline.

An isle of tranquility within close proximity to the city thriving nightlife, restaurants and venues, Triangle Square offers a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere with excellent amenities to relax, read, work and train at the gym. The complex dedicated team keeps the building impeccably clean and well maintained. A special thank you goes to the management which remains receptive and supportive of the residents.

Great place to live from the management, maintenance, layout, amenities, friendly residents and fun community events. Super convenient transit options and grocery store nearby.

The amenities are amazing and there is always an upcoming event for the residents. Daniel does a great job planning those. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who plans on taking advantage of those.

Clean space. Good apartments. Would not say it’s a long term find but great for the intermediate of living in Chicago. Nice community, easy to get in and out of.

The Triangle Square complex remains a well-run, serene and pleasant residential building for an urban dweller. It features thoughtfully designed public spaces for relaxation, work and study. Its spacious atrium offers striking views of the Chicago magnificent skyline. Residents enjoy open fire grills, outside stone fireplaces to relax. The complex has a compact and functional gym and and art room downstairs to paint or sketch. A special appreciation is due to the complex management and maintenance teams: both are incredibly professional and efficient to keep the complex immaculate and pleasant to live.

I enjoy the updated amenities here, and have met many great people over the past few years. However, the recent rent increase has led me to decide to move out.

I’ve been living here for two years and am very happy with my choice to live at Triangle Square. The units are beautiful; the staff is extremely attentive & the maintenance crew is quick to help out when need be. The amenities are great, and everyone who resides at TS is friendly. Additionally, it’s a plus being located so closely to the train, highway, and only a 15 minute car ride to the loop. Highly recommend!

This month, I moved into Triangle Square Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. One thing I really appreciate is how well the building is maintained. Every detail, from the common areas to the amenities, is kept in top-notch condition, which speaks volumes about their commitment to residents' comfort. On top of that, the community events give a sense of community and has served for a great way to socialize while being in the comfort of my own vicinity. The perks and rental services offered here just add to the overall experience, and this modern luxury building is full of life—exactly what I was hoping for in a new home.

Triangle Square offers a pleasant atmosphere and great residential experience with its strategic surroundings, various amenities, a spacious atrium with grilling stations and a small but wel-equipped gym. The management and maintenance teams run the complex efficiently and are very friendly and professional.

Perfect experience and it makes me feel safety and if the rental price becomes more favorable as the tenant stays longer, I will be more determined to live here longer.

Like the building, It feels very spread out and laid out nicely. Maintenance response very quickly. Have been living here for about a month and I’m very happy.

After multiple years of residing at Triangle Square, the property continues to execute the daily lifestyle here. I would recommend anyone check out the property and all its amenities.

It's been great living here. The staff is amazing and everything you need is nearby parks, grocery stores, restaurants, shops etc. The pool is amazing too.

I admire how the residential building evolved into creating a sense of a pleasant urban community where amenities are kept impeccably, where the management is receptive and accommodating, where neighbors enjoy living here and truly feel at home.

Wonderful community with lots of amenities and events. Very clean and the staff is great about replying to all requests/inquiries right away!

Love the pool, courtyard, community room and gym. Friendly and quick response from all staff and great planned community events. Community feels safe and having a private package room is very helpful. Looking forward to using craft room more over the winter.

Everyone is extremely friendly (residents & staff)! Definitely lives up to the luxury building standards. Daily use of the gym & courtyard. Feels like you’re visiting a top tier hotel. Would recommend! Love it here.

Great so far. Really enjoyed the leasing and move in experience. The amenities are also amazing. Little far from public transportation so if you need that then it's difficult, but good besides that.

We’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and can honestly say this is a fantastic building. The amenities are great, don’t get me wrong, but the staff really makes it stand out. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and I love the events that they host for us as well! (Plus the pool is a bonus)

The amenities are the best part of living here. There is a nice clean gym, pool is nice and clean, a great courtyard to walk around and relax and two nice community rooms.

Triangle Square is a hidden gem walkable to the surrounding areas. With up-to-date amenities and friendly staff, this location is top-notch. Overall I would continue to talk highly of Triangle Square and would recommend it to others!

The community it’s wonderful. Everyone is very nice and polite, and the staff is consistently on point with helping residents. The amenities are amazing, and the community & neighborhood is safe. There’s also a lot of events which Triangle Square hosts regularly and make it a great experience for the community.

Friendly building residents and staff. There is always an event going on. The gym, pool, and lounge are always kept clean and are a great place to hangout!

The complex remains a place where residents enjoy a quiet urban living with comfortable and well-designed amenities to enjoy a clean pool, make food on a grill in the atrium, relax with a book on a hammock, spend some time with friends by a fire pit in the evening. The management is attentive and services are impeccable and efficient. It is close to the city night life and yet, it offers an island of tranquility to enjoy life.
