I like this place mostly for the convenience of the area at this point. I have requested my carpet to be replaced or stretched and all they did was come look at it, nothing else. I have also requested my door bell be replaced or fixed since it is missing the front cover and nothing has been done about that either. The grounds are only maintained in certain areas and there are ant hills everywhere. All this and my rent has gone up $500 in the past 2 years for a place that is BARELY remodeled. It's getting ridiculous!
The entire process was Quick n easy Liz did a great job getting me in the very next day after seeing apartment. I came in at 2pm on a Thursday and moved in Friday morning.

This is a great community with many useful amenities including two pools and grills for BBQing! My roommate and I love to be able to walk to the pool and hangout and grill.

Trellis is a nice community. It’s is perfectly located in St. Pete Florida. You have easy access to down town St. Pete and down town Tampa. Having access to both areas was a great reason Im my selection. The in community dog park and nice side walks have helped myself and my pup stay active!

Perfect! Moved here a few weeks ago and everything has been great so far. The community is beautiful and right next to a plaza with a grocery store and restaurants.

Considering the current market, apartments are affordable. Staff is super accommodating and fair. They’re really good at explaining things. Property is very clean and quiet. Residents almost always pick up after their dogs. Love it here

I live in an older unit but it is still pretty nice. It’s the perfect size and my neighbors are very nice! The complex is very clean and enjoyable to take walks.

It’s a clean community, much to do around , good parking space . Apartments are nice too. I really like lakes , only drawback is smart home and valet trash and expensive internet.

I love the community. The location is perfect for my commute to work. I would give 5 stars if there was assigned parking and the rent stopped going up so much each year. It's hard for a single person.

I love the wildlife, I hate that they poop all over my car... every day. My neighbors smoke both above and beside, and I can smell it in my apartment. There have been roaches, ants, spiders, and mosquitoes constantly showing up in the apartment. The second gym is pretty gross, it's obvious it gets neglected. Same can be said for the second pool area. Other than that, the property is in a great location, and for my personal and professional life it's such a life saver. The apartment itself smaller than expected but overall is not bad. Parking sucks. The main pool area is wonderful. The fire pits are wonderful. The main gym is one of the best apartment gyms I've seen. The staff in the office is super friendly. There is a tennis court on the property as well. The lakes and views are really nice to have.

Overall good, wish the gym was a bit more complete. The apartment itself is cozy and clean and the complex tends to be maintained as well. The office does a lot of events that are fun!

Going on 2 years it was really good experience everything is good management is good maintenance is amazing. The only problem we have is parking but other than that great.

Complex is quiet, pet friendly, good amenities. Would like to see more updates to feel more pride in where I live including updating landscaping, keeping pool area more clean, having fire pits working, dog park area.

I loveee my apartment and this complex in general. I never have an issue with noise, parking, trash, anything. I love when food trucks come or there’s little events at the welcome center.

The staff is very helpful and they respond very quickly when there is a maintenance request. Love the communitubhere and the gym. It's really awesome how they have a good truck here almost every Saturday.

This complex is overall nice compared to some of the others in the area. The laundry facilities could be a lot cleaner than they are. The pools are nice and it’s nice to be able to work out and not pay for a gym membership. Office staff are friendly. And Maintenence is taken care of quickly. The buildings themselves could use some upkeep however.

There are multiple lakes and scenic outdoor wildlife that are nice to look at. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. You don’t have to worry about noisy neighbors and parties keeping you up during weekdays

I absolutely love living at Trellis. It is very close to so much of what is great about living in St Pete. There are so many conveniences that are close enough to walk to. The St.pete Pier is a short 10 minute drive away. The property is gorgeous and the units are beautiful.

Recently has been much better. Maintenance requests fulfilled at a normal speed, wifi working, and no smoke smells. These apartments are definitely well priced compared to others in the area.

Overall a good experience and I was happy with my year here. Sadly prices went over what I personally perceive as a reasonable value for the property, so I elected not to renew my lease. Maintenance requests were usually handled quickly. It was disappointing that the second pool and gym (not attached to the leasing office) were not maintained as well as the ones attached to the leasing office.

Price is expensive, but the location is convenient and you have a store at every corner. Floors do cave in but other than that is okay. Quiet neighborhood and good for raising family

Our journey with Trellis has been rocky between our lease being raised over $500 in one swoop and various break-ins into my car. They did try to rectify our rental situation by allowing us to transfer apartments for the rent listed at that time, which we did. We are much happier in our new apartment! Move in process was very smooth and when I needed to put in a maintenance ticket it was resolved quickly. Water heater was leaking and I had no hot water. Submitted ticket late on a Monday night and water heater was looked at and replaced the next morning.

The place has gone downhill in value to the renters since a recent change in ownership. I’ve found their staff unhelpful and rude, except when courting new tenants. This year RENT INCREASED BY NEARLY 35% ($260 in 2022 and $310 in 2023) while amenities are in steep decline. There are vagrants living in one of the pool buildings. Half the community laundry equipment has been inoperable for years now due to the maintenance being offloaded to a third party. Car break-ins are regular. I'm charged $35/month to open my "smart" front door. Leases come bundled with slow internet by default, and upgrading to another local fiber provider is not allowed by their contract. Landscaping seems to have been halted except for around the leasing office for tours. Plumbing is old, so stoppages and water pressure are regular issues. Neighbors are all extremely noisy (DJs and parties that go until 2am) and the walls are thin. Parking - They're looking to start charging for parking spaces.

I love the location of the Apartments. Just wish there was more updates to the inside of the Apartments. They still haven't fixed the fireplace by the pool.... its been 3 years.

So far so good! I’ve got 3 months since I moved here and I have no complaints about this place. The community is really nice, the office workers and maintenance guys are very friendly and polite. Everything is good maintained (just a couple things about gyms, laundry rooms and bbq grills should be checked). The neighbors are generally kind people. I would recommend this place to whoever that wants a good quality living style for an affordable price.

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it! It is so big and walking my dog is great because we never take the same route. Plenty of nature and turtles, birds and ducks! If you are a nature person, this place is the best. Friendly neighbors, dog park and very quick maintenance. I also have always felt safe here which is important since I live alone.

I moved to this community recently and till now, everything has been great! The move-in process was smooth and the staff was helpful. The location is great! It’s close to supermarkets, gas stations, and the 275 freeway. However, it’s still quiet and the views are amazing! The apartment has all the facilities, comes with a wifi and cable installed too. The repairs are done within 24 hours of a request. Would definitely recommend living here!

Good neighborhood and quiet. Rent is high and amenities are basic for the price. Landscaping is minimal at best and not maintained. Sidewalks are caving in.

The location is great. It's quiet, lovely outside, relatively clean and little mess. Getting ahold of the leasing office via phones is a challenge as they rarely pick up. Maintenance is good and quick responding, mostly. Depending on the task, it can take half a year to get a washer/dryer unit replaced (might have had something to do with COVID-19), or withing a day or two for smaller things. Rent is quite high for the space you rent.

Really nice community. I enjoy the gyms and having the grocery store a few blocks away. The valet trash service makes post cooking clean up nice so I just have to leave it at front door and it is gone. It is fun with the different activities in the community to play games with friends.

My experience has improved since I first started living here. The front desk staff are much more helpful now, and the maintenance staff have stepped up their game. However the gyms are still lacking sufficient equipment.

Pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Everyone in the office is nice and welcoming especially Kearsten! We had a minor maintenance issue upon moving in and it was addressed the same day and the maintenance team was awesome! I love it here! My apartment is so cute inside. I never have any problems with anything. Here and there I will find some bugs, but this is Florida and that is going to happen sometimes. I would recommend living here to anyone. Love the neighborhood. Full of all ages, and everyone is so friendly. It is a quiet and pleasant property to walk and enjoy the scenery!

Love it here! Such a wide range of amenities and benefits, making it an attractive place to live. The community garden, speedy maintenance (even 24hr for emergencies), very dog friendly! The bark park even has a washing station. Gym, car wash areas, valet trash, fire pits, walking trails, outdoor grills, sports courts, and pools make it fun to be outdoors for R&R!. The proximity to nature and the quiet environment, along with beautiful views on the trails, offer a peaceful a living experience! Walking distance to yummy local food spots like Skyway Cafe! Funky Sweets for late-night cravings! Winn Dixie is a 30s drive! No traffic! The friendly staff and neighbors, along with the clean surroundings, create a welcoming and pleasant community for residents. They even have events like free breakfast! They usually have a local food truck come weekly as well. We love it here! Small apartments but it’s just my fiancé and our dog. I love the washer and dryer being in the bathroom!

Just re-signed my lease for the 3rd time at Trellis at the Lakes because living here is that good. Maintenance is always on top of orders. They keep the community clean. It’s an older build but they do a great job at trying to keep up to date with adding new hammocks and the new fire pit as an example. Office staff is always so friendly as well.
