The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Trek, Responded To This Review
We're happy to hear that you're enjoying the convenience of our location and the tranquility of our community. It's great to know that the proximity to various amenities is beneficial to you. Thank you for sharing your experience!
Currently live here and have lived here for 5 years. Very convenient location. It's been great not having to use a laundry room since my apartment has its own washer dryer. People who work here are thoughtful and quick to fix problems.
The staff is great and friendly. I liked that they replied promptly with my issue with my apartment, and it was all taken care of. Also, the location is right off the freeway entrance, which is a huge plus. I Had great experience, Thank you Trek.
My family and I lived in a 2 bd/2 bath unit at Trek for over a year and a half until we were able to buy a home. It was by far the best apartment experience we have had in many, many years of renting! The staff is amazing! Maintenance was always very quick to respond to any issues and very professional. The office staff is equally as professional and you can tell they actually care about the tenants. The building is very secure and quite once inside. Even though you can hear music/talking of your neighbors in the hallway, we never heard much of it though the walls. You do get a lot of sirens and train noise that is loud with windows open but when closed, it's not bad. The unit itself was very nice and location was amazing. I easily walked my son to school, walked to the grocery store, restaurants/bars and the train station. Auburn also has a lot of parades that go down Main St. in front of the complex which our son loved! Even when streets are blocked off for these events you can get in and out of the garages easily. To sum it up, we had a great experience living at Trek. The staff truly are so much better than any other property we've rented. They treat you like friends, not like tenants!
Whether you're moving to Auburn or just looking for a place in the area, Trek is the place to be. When my husband and I were looking for apartments, Trek was still being built - once it finished construction we knew we had to check it out. Their room layout and safety features being that you can only enter in the building, elevator or stairs with a key fob was one of its biggest selling points for us. Being a brand new building, the rooms and appliances are all in excellent condition. Staff and maintenance were always helpful and easily accessible in case we needed them. The only down side is that it is close to the trains (which run at all hours of the night) and the hospital - so ambulance sirens can be loud at times. In the summertime, you are just a walk away from the local Farmers Market and get to enjoy parades right from your home! Overall, we truly enjoyed calling Trek Apartments our home - yes it's priced a bit on the higher end, however; you get what you pay for which to us was a safe, beautiful place to call home.
