Quiet community. Jackie and Catherine truly care about the seniors. Tony and Marquis are great maintenance men. They are fast and friendly. Beautiful lobby areas, newly remodeled fitness center with all new equipment, business center, media room, free groceries distributed to seniors monthly from Costco. Bingo and exercise classes. Ms. Bobbetta is the on site coordinator and plans events for us. She has lived on the property for 7 years. She is amazing. Never stops! The rent price is affordable. Gated community. Top notch living for 55+ all in all. New cameras and card reader system are being installed soon. Front area beside office is being converted into a seating area with grills and benches.
This community is a disgrace for senior living. Start at the front desk with disrespectful and uncaring management. Their attitude is and I quote " they aren't going anywhere cause they have nowhere to go,." They are extremely slow and even most of the time never answer maintenance request. There is no form of much needed security and the staff could care less of security concerns. They act as if you are trouble for bringing things up. Rats infest the trash rooms and have migrated into first floor apts. Trash rooms and shoots c are filthy and are sitting grounds for diseases such as TB and Hepatitis. This could be a great community with a full renovation from front to back and head to toe. Oh yes. I am living my last lease out and yes I have somewhere else to go . To God be the glory... I gave it a one because zero be was not a choice. It's a zero
When entering the two floor, gated, non smoking Serenity Apartments, a feeling of elegance surrounds you with double doors, chandeliers and sophisticated décor. After being greeted by a warm, professional, you are shown the delights of the community. It includes the movie theater, cable in each apartment, library, game area with pool table etc., computer room, Bible study area, exercise room, inside trash area, two kitchen areas for gatherings; with a Grand piano in the middle. You are giving a choice of solitude or a choice of engaging in the many activities provided. There are meetings to allow the community to voice concerns, that are addressed. Serenity apartments are a Serene place to live.
