New Townhomes in Acworth

Tranquil Gardens has super spacious, brand-new townhomes with really nice finishes—I was honestly impressed. The rates are great for what you get, too. The office team was super helpful and made setting up a self-guided tour really easy. Definitely recommend!

My brother and I recently moved into Tranquil Gardens, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience has been thanks to Jaci, the Community Director. From the very first day we reached out, Jaci went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process. She was patient, professional, and genuinely kind — always quick to respond to emails, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. What really stood out was how she treated us like valued residents before we even moved in. Jaci worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly, even coordinating with the Guarantor and ensuring all of our details were handled with care. Convenience is key

I love living here! Being in between 575 and 75 is so convenient to get to Kennesaw, Cartersville, Lake Allatoona, and so much more. The homes are beautiful and the neighbors are great too.
