Located on Orlando's northeast side, Oviedo is directly north of the University of Central Florida, a large research university, and Central Florida Research Park. It is also home to Seminole State College-Oviedo Campus. Because of its location to UCF, Oviedo is fast-growing, home to about 30,000 residents and frequently listed as one of the country's best places to live. UCF is the nation's largest university, enrolling roughly 64,000 students a year. It is a space-grant university with a sprawling campus of 1,415 acres.
Oviedo was once a rural community and it still features some of its farmland roots, from its historic buildings to the chickens roaming through downtown (yes, really). You may even see a "chicken crossing" sign or two as you make your way through the city. Oviedo's Chickens date back to 1875, when settlers first arrived to grow crops and raise livestock.

i really enjoy living here. the maintenance people are awesome. i put a ticket in for something to get done and they are right there to fix it.

Great community, clean and efficient. Love living here. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and hospitable. Always informed of whats going on in the community. Even through pandemic, very accommodating.
Trail side Gardens is amazing. The management has always been super friendly and the maintenance crews are great and super fast. Ive only had 2 minor problems, and they were both fixed within a day of submitting a request. The apartment is very nice and spacious.
This is a very nice community. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with a great floorplan. It has very nice finishes and all the necessary amenities.
My family is very happy to live here. Especially, I have satisfied with the super-fast maintenance works. Also, I appreciate Travis and Milton for their professionalism.
I've been living here for almost 6 years. Excellent customer service and care is put into the community by Penny/Ruther & Faith. Maintenance team always gets the job done in a timely manner (Tony/Milton/Travis). Those are reasons enough to keep me here.
Great place to live. Office staff is awesome with lot of flexibility and a great attitude to understand your needs. Based on my experience so far, I recommend this community compared to other available around in this area.

Satisfied with my stay .
Very loud complex with the college kids, the playground, and the warehouse. They also do not enforce many community rules that don't affect their wallet, like litter and pet waste. Be aware, they are deceptive on their pricing.

I am so disappointed in this place! This is not what they are advertising online. Completely incompetent management and maintenance. Gates are open 24/7 for the public so literally everyone can use the pool who just walks in! For example homeless people hanging by the pool for days. They are doing unnecessary renovations during summer break so residents can not use the amenities ( pool, clubhouse, summer kitchen, gym)that they are advertising.

This place is expensive with bad service. The only good thing about this community is location.dont waste your money . You can probably find a house with the same rent this apartment has.
Unsupervised kids playing in the parking lot constantly. They will scratch and/or dent your car.
This is a nice and quiet community. They offer professional maintenance for all apartments. However this year prices went up unseasonably. I live in Madison floor plan and rent went up from 1200$ to 1687!
First off, the location of the apartment is great. It's in a quiet suburban area that is still close to malls, shopping centers, and all the basic grocery stores. The apartment was clean and updated upon moving in and any issues that came up with promptly addressed by the management. The amenities of the complex are great. A lovely pool area, a private theater, and a well stocked gym. My one con is that, though I love how spacious the three bedrooms are, the size of them cut off from the living area. But, for me, I prefer that the bedrooms be more spacious, so I don't mind it. Overall, great apartment, friendly staff, and lovely location.
