The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trailside
I have been living here for 2 and a half years now and am happy to call this place home. The management is excellent - quick to address your needs, friendly, courteous. The apartments are clean and quiet and neighbors are friendly when passing by. Trailside is located perfectly near downtown Bothell with a quick walk to the Sammamish River trail or downtown for a bite to eat. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and look forward to my continued residency.
My wife and I got our first apartment here in early 2016. Robert was very accommodating in getting us in. While the walls are thinner, rooms are smaller, and appliances are cheaper than what you find in Bothell. They were always ultra quick, friendly and professional any time we had an issue. Don't be surprised to get a friendly wave from staff when you're driving home.
Filled out their website inquiry form twice and left a voicemail twice and absolutely no response. I’ve never experienced that with an apartment community when inquiring before. Good indicator of the tenant experience and quality of property management. Very disappointing.

Hello! I am hoping to speak with you about your experience. If you could, please email me at michelle@graninc.com and perhaps I will more easily be able to look into your situation. There has been a great deal of interest in renting at this community, but no current availability. I spoke with the staff about responding as quickly as possible and if you could contact me, I'd be happy to look into this further by looking up your specific inquiries. We would appreciate the opportunity to improve.

My husband and I lived at Trailside for over 7 years. If we hadn't moved to a different state for a job promotion, I'm sure that we would still be there. Robert and Bill were absolutely excellent! They were very responsive and friendly, always taking a moment to chat and make sure everything was going well. If anything happened and we submitted a request, either verbal or written, they made sure that the issue was fixed quickly and well. They were always friendly and made the move in and move out experiences super easy. The location is great; couldn't have asked for better. My husband worked in downtown Seattle and he was able to catch the 522 into the city each morning with a short walk. Very convenient location, especially with the revitalization of the downtown area. We miss the community, and would highly recommend living at Trailside.
I moved out of Trailside Apartments after living there for 5 years. I wish I could have stayed, but I'm moving in with fiancé and her daughter and needed to be closer to her work. Otherwise I would have never moved. The Management & Maintenance Staff at Trailside are the nicest, most cordial people I've ever dealt with in 12 years and 5 apartment complexes. They are quick to act if their are problems, they are wonderful in working around your schedule, and they make sure you know exactly what they are doing and why. The rent is reasonable and more importantly I NEVER felt gouged with the minor yearly rent increases (after so many corporate owned apartments that wanted to raise my rent 10% every year unless I haggled them down, this was so refreshing). They value having the apartments populated more than trying to push people out to get maximum dollar potential for apartments in this rapidly developing area. If you are looking for a low hassle, incredibly friendly apartment complex in the south Bothell area, it is unlikely you could do better than Trailside Apartments.
First off, the best part about these apartments is the management/maintenance team. Robert and Bill are amazing at what they do, and honestly have spoiled me for any other apartment complex. Not only were my maintenance orders completed promptly, any complaints I had were addressed immediately with followup by Robert. They were always sure to say hello when they saw me, and are just some of the most genuine people I've ever met. The only downside was the size of our 2 bedroom apartment, and the fact the soundproofing could have been better. Then again, the neighborhood the apartment is in is just about silent at night, and any noise complaints I did have were handled in a discreet and timely manner. It doesn't hurt these apartments are just a quick walk to downtown Bothell, and if you're a Seattle or Bellevue commuter, busses run fairly regularly and are within at the most a mile walk.
