Property Ratings at Trails Edge Apartments
The apartments are decent overall, but there were several issues with careless workmanship. For example, my dryer vent fell from the ceiling due to improper installation. On top of that, I was unfairly charged for the damage, along with other questionable ‘cleaning’ fees deducted from my security deposit when I moved out.
Loved living there. Management made sure the building was taken care of, and that everyone followed the rules ?? Would still be living there, but transferred out of state.
Staff has been nothing but helpful and courteous since moving in and during construction. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in an appropriate amount of time and maintenance issues are resolved with great efficiency. This means a great deal to me since the management company in my previous building did the absolutely nothing for the tenants and maintenance was non existent. The apartments are beautiful and I am so glad that I made the move.
I think that means the most. Sure it has everything you need and more. But feeling like the place is taken care of to me means most as I have felt the opposite. We all know it, something is wrong and takes to long to get fixed. It’s a new place and you have to get unlucky to have anything happen. But I know with certainty that down the road any problem with be taken care of. Maybe that’s to much of my highlight but if been in other nice places that are not the same. Also pretty nice place for money for sure. With options! Take a look meet the manager I’m sure you will not be disappointed!
