I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with The Trail at Hunter's Lake Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from The Trail for the remainder of my years in TAMPA till I finish my Phd Program, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with The Trails at Hunter's Lake , it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

Been living here since they opened. Office and maintenance staff are top tier. The events are fun, there is always a food truck around when i dont want to cook. The area lends itself to a walkable lifestyle. Love it here!!

The community is very well cared for. The hallways are very clean and look freshly painted. Everything smells nice. I like how the floor plans feel similar to how I would want my home laid out.

The Trails is a beautiful property, well-maintained and a very courteous and professional staff that made us feel at home since day one. The property also has a lot of great amenities for residents (Swimming pool, gastro pub with complimentary coffee, bike storage, dog washroom, gym), maintenance is very friendly and professional. The leasing office staff is super friendly and very professional.

The Maintenance staff has always been prompt snd efficient when completing my work orders. I have no complaints at all.

While the staff here is exceptional and the apartments themselves are beautiful, I find myself eagerly awaiting the end of my lease. Unfortunately, the issue lies with my upstairs neighbors, whose noise levels are consistently disruptive. Despite filing a complaint with video evidence, the noise problem persists. I can hear every step they take, and there have been instances where I can even hear when they turn on the shower. The thin walls and wooden floors exacerbate the situation. I understand that some level of noise is expected in apartment living, but the extent of disturbance is quite extreme. I'm frequently awakened by stomping between 3-5 am, and have even joked with friends and family that my upstairs neighbor is my alarm clock. Considering the price I'm paying for this apartment, this situation is far from ideal. If you're in the market for an apartment, I'd suggest exploring other options. My apologies if this sounds blunt, but it's the reality of my experience here.

Very nice apartments and pet friendly. Some residents continually breaking the rules covered by the lease and I don't see management taking any action. There is a lot of turnover here.

I thought about moving to The Trails, but after visiting a family member there a few times I changed my mind. The walls in the apt complex are so thin that you hear every footstep, conversation, etc, like in surround sound. The floors are all simulated wood paneling, so there is absolutely no noise reduction from any floors. There doesn’t seem to be any insulation between the floors at all, so sound actually echoes. You can hear the neighbors directly above you, and on both sides of the upstairs neighbors as well. The pool is really nice, but at night it gets super loud, people do not obey the 10 PM quiet time. You can also hear carts go up and down the hallways and elevator bells and doors if you live close to one. I wouldn’t move here if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place to live. It’s honestly more suited for people who want more drama and excitement in their lives.

I absolutely love this entire community and location. It has everything you need and more. I feel so blessed to be a resident here.

Front office staff and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, and timely with service. The apartment unit is way overpriced for the quality that is provided. Luxury priced, but not luxury built.

I've only been here a few weeks and am enjoying it so far. It's been a positive experience all around, with helpful staff and neighbors who seem to respect the rules. Although I'm just renting until I can purchase a condo, I would recommend the Trails at Hunters Lake to those seeking a safe, comfortable place to live that is conveniently located.

We moved to The Trails in May and we've loved living here. The community is always clean, always has activities for the residents and it has wonderful amenities. Management solve issues/maintenance details quickly and also communicate with residents transparently. I would recommend living in The Trails.

I enjoy living here! The location is great! The building is always kept clean and tidy. My service requests are handled quickly by the maintenance team. Any questions or concerns I have are addressed right away by the office personnel. I really cant ask for more.

Moving to this community has been a great experience. The location is perfect. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. From the salt water pool to the grilling stations to the gym, the community amenities gives you a luxury resort type of feel. The office staff is AMAZING. Trisha, Jennifer and Brandon have all been professional, friendly and personable. The appliances are Grade A and I love my apartment layout and view. I am so happy to call this place home.

Excellent floor plan and a beautiful setup with good fitness center and club house. The upgraded kitchen with modern appliances and quartz countertops is really a plus. We are very happy that we made a good decision by leasing at this property.

I chose to move to this community because the leasing agent Jennifer was so kind and patient when I came for a tour. She sealed the deal for me! Each time I go to office for anything she is still the same way. Thank you Jennifer for your professionalism and good customer service. The property is also very attractive and clean. I love having no carpet and just hardwood flooring.

Very clean inside outside and around the community. This is luxury living without breaking your bank. Top of the line finishes. Pool area is a great place to entertain with grills a counter top for eating and double television out of sunlight. I literally watch them line up.every chair daily so it looks like a resort. The staff is friendly and the even remembered my name day of move in. Such a secure place to stay while being in the middle of it all.
