Place is nice for the age of it. Management is kind they seem to be informative of any questions you may have. Location is great good for pets with the parks around the one here is just to small for my dog. I would imagine it being great for kids having two pools and a playground for them. It's quiet at night, always good.

Trails at Harris is a lovely apartment complex conveniently located and very pet-welcoming! We enjoy the many amenities (eg. pool, fitness facilities) and appreciate the very responsive staff. The premises are quiet (a must since my husband works in healthcare and wants to come home to relax) and the other tenants we have met are very nice.

This place is really nice. I have worked with Greystar before so it made the process alot easier for me. I like how the place is off the main road but far enough away that you do not get that much traffic. Maintenance is super nice and have fixed almost all my problems. It is near a school if that is important to you and also pretty close to downtown Gilbert.

So far so good! I like it here. The office staff responded to my emails quickly and professionally. The apartment was nice and clean without any issues when moving in. The apartment community is quiet and so far every resident (and pets) that I've met have been friendly.

The AC units are awful and out of date and stopped working completely before I moved out but always had an issue with it working correctly. There were constantly tiny little beetles in my apartment so clearly this complex was not being sprayed regularly. When I moved in, they did a horrible job with patching any holes and the walls looked awful. Office staff is kind of snobby and they talk to you like you’re toddlers. Swimming pools were always closed so I got to utilize the pool only once while living there. The office/gym was being remodeled the WHOLE 7 months I lived there even though they said it would be ready in a few months when I first started living there, so I never got to utilize these “amenities” I was paying for every month. And nowhere on the website did it say that this was under construction. Parking was always an issue because our parking spot is nowhere near my unit so unloading groceries was always fun?? Overall, this place was not worth what I paid monthly.

The renovations and huge rent increase for those renovations during COVID really was a not so pleasant experience especially when maintenance couldn't come into the apartments for anything.

I love living at the Trails. The community is beautiful the staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds have a play ground for the kiddos and a dog park for the residences that have the pups. There's two pools one closest to the office . I can't wait for it to open with the new upgrades. The community lounge is being remodeled hopefully that project will be completed soon as well. There is a fitness center and water station as well so you don't have to go all the way to the store for water just take your jug to the community water machine how convenient is that! Trails is close to kids schools and the surrounding community is great not too far from the busy Gilbert Rd and Baseline.

It's an incredibly solid place to live. I've only been here for a week, but I have had a great time so far. The team as very willing to work with my unorthodox income proof (tips from bartending and serving); it's in a great location surrounded by easily accessible stores like Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, and Fry's; and the units are well insulated from heat and sound.

Management staff and maintenance is great BUT the apartments themselves are not up to standard. The overall look of the outside appearance is beautiful but the actually renovations and update to the apartment are subpar to say the least.

The office staff and neighbors are so friendly, and the neighborhood is always kept clean and beautiful! When we do have problems, they are promptly addressed. They take great care of us!

Great Community! The management team is always so helpful and courteous. The maintenance is always on top of getting my work orders done when needed. Apartment is very nice and love the new renovations!
