The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trailpoint by Trion Living
am a current resident here and unfortunately ever since a new management company took over in July things have been so difficult. I gave THEM a PAPER CHECK for almost $1600 in July!! Now 3 months later they want to say sorry we don’t have the check and never processed it so instead of just October rent, we’re adding a whole other $1600 balance to your account, have fun coming up with that on the spot. Nothing was ever said to me about the check and there was indeed money in my account. Funny to think if they would have planned the transition better a physical check wouldn’t have been needed in the first place but that’s a whole other story. I have only had a handful of good interactions with this new team, other interactions are extremely frustrating and unhelpful. As someone who used to work in property management I can never ever imagine putting the tenant at fault for an entire rent check THREE MONTHS after YOU were the ones to lose (misplace?ignore?) said check!! Make it make sense. I am so extremely hopeful my experience will turn around as I used to LOVE living here. At this moment I strongly recommend staying away from Trailpoint by Trion unless you want to go into debt for someone else’s mistake. Oh and the parking lot dumpsters overflow and stink, your maintenance request won’t be looked at for more than a month if they come at all and they may or may not be able to actually fix your issue. If they can’t, tough luck. The old management warned me before the transition but stupid me did not listen and renewed my lease. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I will update this if management makes literally ANY effort to fix THEIR mistake. Thanks.
Besides the kids constantly yelling and throwing rocks in the grass and everywhere else, which I can get over... this place does not care about its residents. My AC has been out for over a month with 4 people come to look at it and they don't call to tell me when people are going to be here, they use sketchy companies that have techs here until midnight in my house when I'm obviously trying to go to bed. Oh, and can't forget about the roaches. Hard pass for me.

Thank you for your rating. Resident happiness is important to us and we'd like the chance to learn more about your maintenance and pest concerns. Please reach out to our office when you have a moment, we look forward to connecting and improving your experience. Sincerely, Trailpoint on Highline Apartments
Trailpoint in Highline is a complete joke. Homeless people have set up camp in the parking lot and have threatened my safety. I had a package that wouldn't fit in my mail slot so the leasing office received it and then promptly stole it. Our water has been shut off 5 times for maintenance work with no warning. The laundry room took more than 2 months to renovate and, magically, I still paid the water charge for the empty room to have running water. Live ANYWHERE else, I refuse to live in another Echelon Property due to their negligence, incompetence, thievery and general apathy about their tenants and properties. Easily the worst place I've ever lived.
My wife and I moved in here when we got married and find it to be very affordable and nice. There has been alot of attention to some of the things we've requested and sometimes it gets addressed and sometimes not. But the management is nice and friendly.
