Property Ratings at Traditions at Slate Ridge
Very bad management. Not enough parking for what you pay for. High utilities. Trash is not taken out on time leading to overflowing dumpster. Some neighbors fighting over parking space
The fact that I wasn’t approved because of not making 3X the rent is absurd. Most places are double the rent. Plus it could go up at anytime, considering the amount of amenities. No gate, Not enough amenities to justify the amount of rent being charged. Nobody should have to make over 5,000 just to live here, don’t even waste ur time, just get a house
Melissa has been here since October 2019. She has been absolutely Wonderful to myself and my Family. Continuously stays on top concerns for the residents here. Always friendly and punctual. Thank you so much Melissa!!!!! You are awesome! Terrie and Chuck. ????????
I currently live here and since they have a new manager Melissa it has been amazing. She goes out of her way to meet our needs and us so friendly and professional. I’m so happy to call this home.
